    Coach Torey Hunter comes with 12 years of Division I/II College Coaching Experience.

    From Tacoma, WA Torey played his prep football at Curtis High School. After winning a State Championship Torey chose to play his college Football at Washington State University. After receiving All Pac 10 honors and an invitation to play in the Senior bowl Torey was drafted in the 3rd round by the now-defunct Houston Oilers. He would also venture north and play in the CFL for both Montreal and Edmonton.

    After playing Torey got into College Coaching and would have a successful coaching run which included a DII final four and a FCS National Championship(2010 EWU). After Coaching Torey turned his attention to the personnel side of football returning to Edmonton, Alberta as a Scout where he helped build a Championship Roster in 2015. Torey has spent the past 3 Falls helping out at his Alma Mater and just recently join the Rise Football Academy as their Programs Director.

Instruction will develop fundamentals and advanced skills, focusing on footwork, specific positions, team play, and game situations.

  • Age Group: 8-14

  • Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 9:00am-1:00pm
  • Check-In: 30 minutes prior to camp start time
  • Lunch: Lunch is not provided.

  • Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY

  • Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio

  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion.

  • Facility: Outdoor Fields. Indoor facilities are available during inclement weather conditions.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL

Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRAVEL

Nike Football Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.

TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT

If you have a team or group of 5 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper may be eligible for a discount. To receive the group discount, please have someone email US Sports Camps at [email protected] with the following information: Camp name, list of camper names, and the number of campers. We will respond with a unique discount code for everyone in the group to use during online registration. *Note: Discount amounts vary by program, so please reach out for more details.
