This skills camp, open to girls ages 6-18, is designed to help each player sharpen their lacrosse abilities. At Nike Girls Lacrosse Camp, we emphasize building strong relationships between campers and coaches while offering specialized technical and tactical training from experienced professionals. Interested in trying out the sport but don’t have lacrosse equipment? No problem! Contact US Sports Camps, and we’ll work with the camp directors to assist campers with equipment rentals.

    Amanda Kammes' coaching journey in lacrosse began in 2008 when she started coaching at Garnet Valley High School, where she quickly became known for her defensive expertise, helping the team secure back-to-back state championships in Pennsylvania.

    Amanda went on to coach Division I lacrosse for three seasons at UC Davis, further honing her coaching skills and developing a deep understanding of the game.

    Amanda has also coached and mentored over 40 Division I recruits and 15 USL All-Americans throughout her career. She has achieved great success coaching at the high school level, leading teams to multiple Ivy League titles and conference championships at Abington High School, Garnet Valley High School, Owen J Roberts High School, and Benet Academy.

    In addition to her impressive coaching career, Amanda is the CEO of Lakeshore Lacrosse.

    Lindsay Baer is a Philly native who recently relocated to Chicago. She serves as the Director of Beginner & Intermediate Training as well as runs the Midwest Select programs at Lakeshore Lacrosse.

    She also is tasked with heading our North Training & Club programs. Baer played competitive high school lacrosse and went on to play Division 1 at Old Dominion University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She graduated in May 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a minor in Business Analytics. Baer is excited to be on board with Lakeshore, continue to coach & develop athletes, and help grow the game in the Midwest.

    I’m Shannon Earley and I am a rising sophomore on the Notre Dame women’s lacrosse team.

    I played at Benet Academy on varsity for 4 years and played club for Lakeshore National Premier. I was a 2x US lacrosse All-American, 1x US lacrosse All-Academic, 3x All-State 1st team, 1x All-state 2nd team, and was a captain of my high school team for 3 years. I also played basketball on Varsity for 2 years while at Benet.

    Madeline Jensen, is currently a goalie on the Michigan Women’s Lacrosse team and a rising sophomore in the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

    Madeline is originally from Clarendon Hills, Illinois where she attended Benet Academy and played club lacrosse for Lakeshore National Premier. During her time at Benet, she recorded over 700 career saves and was honored to be named a USA Lacrosse All-American and a USA Lacrosse Academic All-American in both her junior and senior campaigns. Additionally, Madeline earned IHSA All-State First Team honors three times and was named ESCC player of the year as a junior. Now at Michigan, she is studying Business Administration and training to be the best goalie and teammate she can be. Madeline is excited for what’s ahead and proud to represent Michigan - Go Blue! Madeline is so thankful to Lakeshore Lacrosse for introducing her to the game and helping her grow from day one.

There is high demand for these first-come, first-served camper spots, so please be sure to register early. This summer, Benet Academy is offering a four day camp (9:00am-3:00pm) for ages 6-18.

  • Lunch: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a packed lunch.
  • Program: The Skills program is designed to provide campers with fundamental skills, position-specific training, and in-game tactical knowledge needed to enhance their game. The Sticks for Starters program is designed for players who are new to the sport of lacrosse. Campers can jump-start their stick work, learn fundamental concepts, and build a solid foundation with guidance from highly skilled staff in a fun and encouraging environment.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE

  • Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
CAMP CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Monday, June 23rd to Thursday, June 26th

  • Check-in: 8:30-9:00am at the Athletic Fields
  • Check-out: 3:00pm at the Athletic Fields
MEALS

Lunch is NOT provided. Please bring a healthy lunch and snacks each day.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
  • Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
  • Supervision: Campers will be supervised by staff during camp hours.
  • Reversible Jersey & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Lacrosse Reversible Jersey and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
  • Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience at the director's discretion.
  • Equipment Needed: Please bring your protective goggles, mouthpiece, cleats, and lacrosse stick.
  • Facility: St. Scholastica Athletic Campus
  • Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on site to assist with illnesses or injuries. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
