Join us on the stunning campus of Westminster University, nestled at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City, for a high-level women’s lacrosse prospect camp. This camp offers a unique opportunity to train in a beautiful mountain setting while learning directly from Westminster University head coach Ashley Tack, assistant coaches and current college players.
The camp will focus on advanced teaching and development of individual skills, including stick work, dodging, shooting, checking, footwork, 1v1 offensive and defensive skills, and the draw. Following individual instruction, athletes will apply what they’ve learned through competitive small-sided drills and game-like scrimmaging situations.
Designed for motivated players looking to elevate their game and experience college-level coaching, this prospect camp provides high-quality instruction, competitive play, and an inside look at lacrosse at Westminster University—all in one of the most scenic locations in the country.

Head Coach Ashley Tack
Ashley Tack brings a wealth of lacrosse experience and coaching acumen to her role as assistant coach of the Women's Lacrosse team at Westminster in her second season at Westminster University.. Hailing from Draper, Utah, Ashley's lacrosse journey began in the third grade, setting the stage for a remarkable career both as a player and a coach.

Assistant Coach Aleska Allen
Aleksa Allen enters her first season as Assistant Coach for the Westminster University Women’s Lacrosse program. Prior to Westminster, she coached at the high school club level for MaxLax and Lynx, two respected Utah programs that achieved success at both in-state and out-of-state tournaments.

You can expect high demand for these first-come, first-served camper spots, so please be sure to register early. This summer, Westminster University is offering a high school prospect clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah for players graduating in 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.

- Program: The Advanced Skills/Complete Skills Camp is designed for high school players (ages 14-18), and focuses on stick skills, position play, team concepts, and an overall intense level of competition.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
CAMP CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Saturday, June 6, 2026
- Check-in takes place between 7:30am-8:00am at Dumke Field.
- Check-out takes place at 5:00pm at the field.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Coach led training sessions.
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Reversible Jersey & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Lacrosse Reversible Jersey and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio.
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your goggles, mouthpiece, cleats and lacrosse stick.
- Facility: Athletic Fields
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

- Wear athletic clothing (a reversible jersey will be provided)
- Cleats or turfs
- Lacrosse stick(s)
- Protective eye wear/goggles
- Mouthguard
- Water Bottle
- Sunscreen
- Snacks (a lunch will be provided)
- Any individually required braces/supports- there will be a certified athletic trainer present
- Signed Health & Release forms and waivers (forms completed online do not need to be printed and turned in at camp)
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours, so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
