2026 CAMP DATES ARE NOW LIVE!

Join us on the stunning campus of Westminster University, nestled at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City, for a high-level women’s lacrosse prospect camp. This camp offers a unique opportunity to train in a beautiful mountain setting while learning directly from Westminster University head coach Ashley Tack, assistant coaches and current college players.

The camp will focus on advanced teaching and development of individual skills, including stick work, dodging, shooting, checking, footwork, 1v1 offensive and defensive skills, and the draw. Following individual instruction, athletes will apply what they’ve learned through competitive small-sided drills and game-like scrimmaging situations.

Designed for motivated players looking to elevate their game and experience college-level coaching, this prospect camp provides high-quality instruction, competitive play, and an inside look at lacrosse at Westminster University—all in one of the most scenic locations in the country.

    Ashley Tack

    Head Coach

    Ashley Tack brings a wealth of lacrosse experience and coaching acumen to her role as assistant coach of the Women's Lacrosse team at Westminster in her second season at Westminster University.. Hailing from Draper, Utah, Ashley's lacrosse journey began in the third grade, setting the stage for a remarkable career both as a player and a coach.

    As an alumna of Juan Diego Catholic High School, Ashley's passion for lacrosse continued to flourish. Her talents eventually led her to the NCAA Division III level at the State University of New York, College at Brockport. There, she showcased her versatility as both a midfielder and defender, leaving an indelible mark on the program.

    Throughout her collegiate career, Ashley played an instrumental role in the consistent success of the Brockport women's lacrosse team. With her leadership and skill, the team secured a place among the top 20 in women's lacrosse NCAA Division III rankings for all four years. Notably, during her sophomore year, the team achieved a program-high ranking of number 9 in the nation, a testament to Ashley's dedication and talent on the field.

    Ashley's collegiate accolades include being named SUNYAC Defender of the Week multiple times, earning recognition as Brockport Athlete of the Week, and receiving SUNYAC Second Team All-Conference honors. She also had the privilege of participating in three NCAA Division III National Championship Tournaments, reaching the Sweet 16 each time.

    Transitioning into coaching roles, Ashley continued to share her passion for lacrosse with aspiring athletes. She coached competitive high school club lacrosse with Utah Mamaci and Tenacity Lacrosse, where she also served as Program Director. At Juan Diego Catholic High School, Ashley served as Head Coach for the girls' lacrosse team, further honing her leadership and mentoring skills.

    Ashley's commitment to coaching excellence extends beyond the local level. She had the honor of serving as Head Coach for the U17 Southwest Region at the Under Armour All America National Tournament in both 2021 and 2022, further solidifying her reputation as a respected and accomplished lacrosse coach.

    Assistant Coach

    Aleksa Allen enters her first season as Assistant Coach for the Westminster University Women’s Lacrosse program. Prior to Westminster, she coached at the high school club level for MaxLax and Lynx, two respected Utah programs that achieved success at both in-state and out-of-state tournaments.

    Allen recently concluded a standout six-year collegiate career. She began at Lindenwood University, competing in both Division I and II lacrosse. She was a member of the 2021 Division II National Championship team and earned recognition as a GLVC Brother James Gaffney

    Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-GLVC honoree during her time. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Pre-Art Therapy.

    Using her remaining eligibility, Allen transferred to Rollins College, where she was named team captain for the 2024–25 season. While at Rollins, she also earned a place on the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, was selected for the IWLCA Division II All-Star Team, received the Paul Roach Sportsmanship Award, and was honored with the Forte Magnanimum Award as the most outstanding student in her master’s cohort. She completed her Master’s degree in Liberal Studies in 2025.

    Allen’s coaching philosophy is to equip athletes with the tools and knowledge they need to make sound decisions both on and off the field. She is eager to share her experience and passion for the game with the Westminster Women’s Lacrosse team.

You can expect high demand for these first-come, first-served camper spots, so please be sure to register early. This summer, Westminster University is offering a high school prospect clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah for players graduating in 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
  • Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
CAMP CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Saturday, June 6, 2026

  • Check-in takes place between 7:30am-8:00am at Dumke Field.
  • Check-out takes place at 5:00pm at the field.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

  • Instruction: Coach led training sessions.
  • Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
  • Reversible Jersey & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Lacrosse Reversible Jersey and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
  • Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio.
  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
  • Equipment Needed: Please bring your goggles, mouthpiece, cleats and lacrosse stick.
  • Facility: Athletic Fields
  • Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours, so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
