    Head Coach

The 2010 WomensLacrosse.com Division II National Coach of the Year during her tenure at Merrimack, Desrosiers brings nearly 20 years of collegiate lacrosse coaching experience to Wellesley, including head coaching experience at Duquesne, Merrimack, and Florida Tech.

Duquesne finished the 2024 campaign with a 7-10 overall record, improving on a 2-14 mark in 2023. Desrosiers led the Dukes to Atlantic 10 Championship appearances in 2022 and during her first season at Duquesne in 2019. In 2019, Desrosiers and the Dukes started the season 4-0 for just the second time in program history, en route to a 9-8 overall record. Desrosiers helped turn around a Duquesne team which had recorded just six total wins in the previous two seasons to nine wins for the first time since 2016.

At Florida Tech, Desrosiers guided the Panthers through the program's inaugural season of women's lacrosse in 2015 before quickly turning the program into a national contender. Desrosiers finished her tenure in Melbourne, Florida with a 48-23 overall record, leading the Panthers to a pair of NCAA Division II Tournament appearances while guiding the Panthers advance to two Sunshine State Conference (SSC) Tournament title games in both 2017 and 2018. At the conclusion of each of her last two seasons at Florida Tech, the Panthers women's lacrosse program ranked No. 6 in the country.

The 2016 and 2017 SSC Coach of the Year, Desrosiers had even more success in 2018, when she guided Florida Tech to a program-record 17 wins as the Panthers earned their second straight bid to the NCAA Division II Tournament as the No. 2 seed in the nation. Florida Tech posted a school-record 15-game winning streak in 2018 and was ranked for the majority of the season, reaching as high as No. 5 nationally. In just four seasons at Florida Tech, Desrosiers' players garnered 30 All-SSC selections, 14 IWLCA All-Region honors and eight IWLCA All-America awards.

Prior to her tenure at Florida Tech, Desrosiers served six seasons as the head coach at Merrimack College, leading the Warriors to five consecutive Northeast-10 Conference Tournament appearances from 2008-12. Prior to Merrimack, Desrosiers spent one season as an assistant coach at Bryant University and one year as an assistant at the University of New England.

A native of Mansfield, Mass., Desrosiers graduated from Bridgewater State in 2006. She is currently completing her Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership at Duquesne University. A two-year captain at Bridgewater State, she ranks among the program's leaders in career goals, career draw controls, single-game draw controls and single-season draw controls. Desrosiers and her husband, Tim, have four children, Ethan, Ella, Maverick and Annabel.
