2026 DATES ARE LIVE!
Train with former Stanford Head Coach Paul Jepsen and his experienced staff at El Camino Fields in Palo Alto—conveniently located just 30 minutes south of San Francisco. This camp is designed for high school players and youth athletes (ages 7–18) who are ready to take their game to the next level.
Campers will receive position-specific instruction and comprehensive training across all areas of the game, including:
- Attack & Midfield: Develop advanced dodging techniques, decision-making, deception, shooting accuracy, and two-man game concepts.
- Defense: Master proper posture, approach angles, footwork, physical play, communication, and anticipation.
- Goalies: Benefit from individualized coaching focused on refining technique while facing live shots, situational drills, and game-like scrimmages for complete development
This camp is open to any and all entrants. For your safety and benefit, we recommend that you choose a camp that fits your particular skills and level of development.

Camp Director Paul Jepsen
Paul Jepsen is the former head coach of Stanford Men's Lacrosse team. Paul is a 2004 graduate of Duke University where he was a three-year starter on defense and co-captain during his senior year. He led the Blue Devils to consecutive ACC Championship Titles in 2001 and 2002.

Assistant Coach Tyler Simmons
Tyler Simmons is an assistant coach for the men's lacrosse team at Stanford University. Tyler played attack and midfield at the University of Denver for the hall of fame coach Bill Tierney, making two final fours. He is a local product from Redwood HS scoring over 300 points in his high school career.

- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Reversible Jersey & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Lacrosse Reversible Jersey and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:6 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience per the directors discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your helmet, mouthpiece, cleats, lacrosse stick, gloves, and pads.
- Facility: El Camino Fields
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours, so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

- 8:30-9:00am: Check In
- 9:00am: Full camp stretch and strengthen - Shoulder, wrist and back exercises to increase fundamental passing, shooting, ground ball and defensive checking abilities
- 9:15-10:30am: Fundamental stick work, ball movement, shooting; instructed to increase lacrosse IQ for game situations
- 10:30-11:30am: Position specific training: Attack, Midfield, Defense, Face-offs, Goalies
- 11:30-12:00pm: Lunch
- 12:00-1:00pm: Scripted and Structured game situations, made to simulate specific aspects of live-game play, created for experience and immediate feedback from coaches
- 1:00-2:00pm: Game
- 2:00-3:00pm: Position specific training: Attack, Midfield, Defense, Face-offs, Goalies- created to lead into the next day’s lacrosse IQ concepts that will be covered.
