Nike Basketball Camps Announces Wingate University Girls Summer 2020 Dates
Nike Basketball Camps, a division of US Sports Camps, the largest provider of sports camps in the world, has announced its summer 2020 dates for the annual Nike Girls Basketball Camp at Wingate University. Located in the town of Wingate, North Carolina, this camp offers overnight and day options for girls to receive collegiate-style instructions with Wingate Women’s Basketball staff and players.
"Camp is one of the best times of the year," says Wingate University Head Women's Basketball Coach and Camp Director Ann Hancock. "I get excited about planning and preparing activities that will be fun and challenging for each camper. I loved attending camp when I was young and want each camper to have a great experience learning new skills while on our campus. We have a tremendous staff of players and coaches who want to see the campers take away things they can work on throughout the year to enhance their games."
2020 marks the 13th summer that Nike Basketball Camps is returning to Wingate University and the 8th summer with Coach Hancock at the helm. Since joining on at Wingate in the 2011-12 season, Hancock has led her collegiate team to six straight NCAA Tournament appearances and created a loyal following throughout her camps.

Camp is geared towards beginner to advanced players looking to build on fundamentals and refine skill sets in a fun and high-energy environment.
