Contact Football Camps announces 2020 dates for Lake Forest College
Contact Football Camps will be returning to Lake Forest, Illinois this summer to host one week of camp.
This will be Coach Luke Butts’s first year directing camp after taking over directing duties from long time Contact Football Camp director and Head Coach, Jim Catazaro. The 2019 season was his seventh year on staff and third year as the defensive coordinator at Lake Forest College. Butts had a stellar playing career at Lake Forest College, starting every game at safety over his four years and finished fourth in career tackles with 329. The 2012 graduate also earned All-MWC honors three times and was a stellar student, earning Academic All-MWC all four years.
This one-week camp running from June 21st until the 24th and will offer Day, Extended Day, and Overnight options. The beautiful Farwell Field provides a perfect setting for a Contact Football Camp and Lake Forest is an ideal location for football players looking for a quality camp in Illinois. Coach Butts and his staff provide instruction that emphasizes intensive and technical training beneficial for all skill levels. Youth and High School Football players work on position specific skills through drills and game situations. Athletes are educated on the proper fundamentals and techniques to ensure concussion safety. Contact is gradually introduced in a safe, fun environment.
