Nike Ultimate Camps and Bay Area Disc Association Unite to Host Second Year of Camp at CSU East Bay
(PR WEB) April 16, 2015 - Nike Ultimate Camps and Bay Area Disc Association will work as a team to bring the return of their youth ultimate camp this summer at California State University, East Bay, US Sports Camps announced recently.
With such a successful summer last year, the Bay Area Disc Association and Nike Ultimate Camps provide another opportunity for the youth ultimate community enhance their skills, while learning elite skills and nurturing the spirit of the game. Founded in 2008, the Bay Area Disc Association remains committed to its mission of giving players of every conceivable background and ability the chance to interact, develop, and compete.
The Nike Ultimate Camp at CSU East Bay is a summer camp program for boys and girls, of all skill levels, ages 14-18. The youth ultimate camp in Hayward, California will take place from July 19-22, 2015 and campers can choose between Overnight, Extended Day (9:00am-9:00pm) and Day (9:00am-5:30pm) camp options. Directing the camp is Valerio Iani, the Youth Director for the Bay Area Disc Association. His talented staff includes Maggie Ruden, captain of Fury (an elite women's Ultimate Frisbee team based in the San Francisco Bay Area) and Geoff Rexroth, YCC coach of Happy Cows, the U19 Bay Area Mixed team (2 golds and 1 silver at USAU nationals).
