NIKE Softball Camps Brings Coach Damian To Host Camp In Texas At South Campus Sports Complex
Nike Softball Camp at South Campus Sports Complex in Houston, TX is the perfect addition to this summer’s lineup
San Rafael, CA - NIKE Softball Camps offers locations nationwide for players ages 6-18 and is pleased to announce its latest day camp addition at South Campus Sports Complex, June 18-21, to the 2012 NIKE Softball Camp schedule.
“Each summer we look to improve our offerings of NIKE Softball Camp across the country. This summer is no exception with the addition of camp at the South Campus Sports Complex” says Mike de Surville, Vice President of US Sports Camps. “Our camp Directors are our partners and as such have a major stake in providing camps of the highest quality; camps that are fun and improve the skills of each camper.”
Directing the NIKE Softball Camp at the South Campus Sports Complex is Damian Williams, head coach and Nike Softball Camp Director at Willamette University and the Freedom Park Sports Complex. Nike Softball Camps is pleased with his decision to spread his knowledge to another location. Williams is entering his 14th season as the head softball coach at Willamette University. He has earned an overall record of 267-203 at Willamette and has helped the bearcats record 20 or more wins in a season seven times.
Nike Softball Camps provide focused, intensive training that is essential to improvement for all skill levels. Every facet of the game is covered with an emphasis on fundamentals to help players become valuable team members. At each location, campers are broken into groups with other players of similar age, abilities and goals. Each camp director does their best to advance players to the next level, keeping in consideration each camper’s experience and desire to improve.
