NIKE Softball Camps Congratulates The Salisbury Softball Team For Being #4 Seed In NCAA Tournament
NIKE Softball Camp Director and Salisbury assistant coach, Tom Stitcher helped his team earn the number four seed in the NCAA Division III Tournament and be selected as a regional host.
San Rafael, CA (P.R. WEB) May 6, 2014 - NIKE Softball Camp Director and Salisbury assistant coach, Tom Stitcher helped his team earn the number four seed in the NCAA Division III Tournament and be selected as a regional host. The Sea Gulls have been ranked in the top 10 in the nation all year, and posted a 35-3 record heading into the tournament. The Sea Gulls boast the fourth-best batting average and fifth-best earned-run average in the nation.
Assisting this program to its successful year is long time Nike Softball Camp director, Tom Stitcher. Stitcher is responsible for the Nike Softball Camp at Salisbury University this summer and plans to conduct his camp in a similar structure to his collegiate practices.

Stitcher has been assisting the Sea Gulls for the past 21 years, pushing the team to the NCAA Division III Tournament the past seventeen seasons and to the Division III World Series in 1998, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2009 and 2013.
