Nike Softball Camps Is Back At Embry Riddle University
The Embry Riddle University Nike Softball Camp is a camp that focuses on developing the fundamentals while giving campers the tools to take their game to the next level.
San Rafael, CA June 25, 2014 – The Nike Softball Camp at Embry Riddle University in Arizona runs July 13-17, 2014 and is a camp for any softball player looking to improve their skill set. This camp is a favorite among many for its balance between hard work and fun. Camp is open to softball players of all abilities ages 10-18.
Directing this Nike Softball Camp is Sandra Wente. Sandra Wente is in her 8th year as Head Softball Coach of Central Arizona College and is a veteran Nike Softball Camp Director. With a 49-9 record in 2013, Coach Wente has compiled an impressive 356-128 career record.
“Coach Wente and her staff make sure campers are learning the correct softball techniques,” states Mike de Surville, Vice President of US Sports Camps. “Year after year campers return and always learn more and have fun. She has it down to a science.”
Nike Softball Camps provide focused, intensive training that is essential to improvement for all skill levels. Every facet of the game is covered with an emphasis on fundamentals to help players become valuable team members. At each location, campers are broken into groups with other players of similar age, abilities and goals. Each camp director does their best to advance players to the next level, keeping in consideration each camper’s experience and desire to improve.
