Nike Junior Tennis Camps Announces New Summer Camp Location at Old Dominion University

January 12, 2018: US Sports Camps is proud to announce the addition of junior tennis camps in Norfolk, Virginia for 2018. Located at Old Dominion University, this camp offers two weeks of day and overnight camp programs starting in July.

“We are ecstatic to bring another junior camp to Old Dominion University,” says Wendy Shpiz, vice president of Nike Tennis Camps. “With the extensive courts and elite coaching staff, it is the ideal location for campers to improve their game.”

Dominic Manilla, director and coach at Old Dominion University, is in his seventh year as the women’s tennis head coach. Coming off his best year, the team finished nationally ranked No. 56 with a record of 16-6, including a 7-0 win against No. 48 ranked Marshall.

“I am incredibly excited about the new partnership with Nike Junior Tennis Camps,” says Manilla. “My staff and I aim to provide a safe and positive camp environment for all of our campers.”

The Nike Tennis Camp at Old Dominion University is scheduled to run on the following dates in the summer of 2018:

  • July 22-27
  • July 29-August 3
