CAMP PROGRAM
Upon arrival, all participants will undergo evaluation by the staff through live game play. Per the Camp Director's discretion, participants will be placed in groups of similar skill levels so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the camp. We encourage you to sign up with your partner if you would like to work on specific partner game strategies.
Camp will cover: Overall game strategy, Tactical shot selection, Movement throughout the court, Attacking/Defending/Resets, and much more!
CAMP SCHEDULE
- 8:00am-9:00am
- Check-in, warm-up and match play for evaluation.
- 9:00am-10:30am
- Focus on strategy, shot selections and techniques at the Non-Volley Zone (NVZ) including how to attack, defend and reset in a variety of situations. Learn how to put it in to play in live game situations.
- 10:30am-12:00pm
- Adding in movement through the court, especially in the Transition Area (TA) with the right game strategy and with a focus on partner communication. Learn how to put it in to play in live game situations.
- 12:00pm-1:00pm (Lunch Break & Q&A)
- Food and drink (BYO) break to re-fuel. Opportunity for Q&A with the instructors on real-game experience.
- 1:00pm-2:00pm:
- Live match play with feedback from coaches throughout points on practicing the topics covered in the morning session.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Welcome Package: All campers receive a Pickleball Camps t-shirt
- Instruction: 6 hours of court time including instruction and match play
- Meals: Meals are NOT included, please bring your own lunch, snacks and water

- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience per the Camp Director's discretion
- Equipment Needed: All campers must bring a pickleball paddle, athletic shoes, and a water bottle
- Facility: The PutAway's indoor pickleball courts
