Nike Pickleball Camps is to launch camps with Spare Time Sports Clubs at the beautiful Gold River Sports Clubs in Gold River, CA. Renowned #1 senior pro, Rick Witsken, is excited to host pickleball players of all ability levels for a truly unique instruction experience.
This 3-day pickleball camp is designed to address your specific needs, increase knowledge and excitement of the game and help you improve in a fun and friendly environment.

Camp Director Rick Witsken
Rick is currently ranked #1 on the APP Senior Pro Men’s Standings. He is the proud founder and owner of Team Witsken, which has run indoor tennis programs in Indianapolis and its surrounding area communities for the past 16 years. In addition to tennis, Team Witsken also offers Pickleball programs for all ages and levels. He is the seventh of eight children, was a two-time Indiana State Champion in singles and was one of four siblings to earn full tennis scholarships to a Division I school. At the University of Alabama, Rick was a two-time All-American, reaching the No. 1 doubles ranking in the country. Rick currently has a podcast RipSken Pickleball, posts many instructional videos as well via the Midwest Pickleball club. He also founded/funded the first public scholastic middle school pickleball team at Zionsville Middle School.

Camp Details
We offer Adult Day Camps geared towards players of all skill levels. Camp includes pickleball instruction and offers programs for beginner, intermediate and advanced level players depending on the camp dates.
Camp will cover: Grips, stroke development, dink shot, serves & returns, specialty shots, rules and etiquette and much more!

CAMP PROGRAM
Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced skill levels
Camp is geared towards adult players of all levels. Upon arrival all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the weekend.
CAMP SCHEDULE
- Check-in: 5:00pm on Friday
- Check-out: 1:00pm on Sunday
- Camp Program: Friday 5:00pm-7:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-1:00pm
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Welcome Package: All campers receive a Pickleball Camps t-shirt and prizes
- Instruction: 10 hours of court time including instruction and match play
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
- Equipment Needed: All campers must bring a pickleball paddle, athletic shoes and a water bottle
- Facility: Gold River Sports Club 10 pickleball courts
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS/GOLF
These are Day Camps and only run during the hours listed above. The camp tuition DOES NOT include housing. Campers are required to provide their own overnight accommodations.
Seven Canyons is a highly-acclaimed, private golf club offering access to our Nike campers for this special experience!

- Athletic, on-court pickleball clothing
- Pickleball Paddle(s)

- Signed Health & Release forms and waivers (forms completed online do not need to be printed and turned in at camp)
