- Ages: 8-18 (Overnight camp is ages 11+)
- Skill Level: All Skills ages 8-13. H.S. Players Camp ages 14-18. Campers are further grouped by age and skill level
- Camp Options:
- Day Camp: 9:00am-4:00pm** (First Day is 1:00pm-8:00pm)
- Extended-Day: 9:00am-8:00pm** (First Day is 1:00pm-8:00pm)
- Overnight: Ages 11+
- Check-in: First Day 1:00-2:00pm
- Check-Out: Final Day at 12:00pm All Campers

You can expect high demand on these first-come-first-serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

Intense soccer sessions alternate with presentations on sports nutrition, strength training, and the basic fundamentals of the sport. Campers are housed in air-conditioned campus dormitories and experience traditional college living. Individuals and teams are encouraged to attend. Team members will be grouped together in all soccer sessions

The State of Connecticut requires a copy of camp participants’ most recent physical and record of immunizations, shots, etc., in addition to the US Sports Camps health and release form. CT Health Record Form
HOUSING
The information below is based on previous years and is subject to change each year.
Number of Campers Per Room: TBD
Roommates: Rooms are assigned by age & roommate requests. Roommate requests must be mutual, If you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!
Linens: Not provided. Bring linens or sleeping bag, pillow, pillowcase, and a towel

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Training from the Sacred Heart University coaching staff.
- Meals & Housing: Dormitory housing on campus and all meals are provided.
- Supervision: Staff members reside in rooms strategically placed throughout the dorm to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities
- Camp T-shirt: All campers receive a Nike Soccer Camps t-shirt
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: Low camper-coach ratio of 10:1
- Players Grouped by: skill, age, years of experience
- Evaluation: Written by coaching staff
- Facility: Campus Field
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital
CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

- Comfortable off-court clothing (pants/shorts, shirts, sweatshirts, 1 pair/day)

- Bathrobe
- Flip flops
- Laundry bag
- Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, facewash, hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
