Join us for an unforgettable soccer experience this summer at the Nike Soccer Camp at UW-Parkside!

Open to boys and girls ages 6–14, this camp welcomes players of all skill levels, from beginners discovering the game to experienced players looking to sharpen their abilities.

Led by Head Women’s Coach Brittany Nikolic and Head Men’s Coach Jason Zitzke, campers will train with the talented UW-Parkside coaching staff and college players who bring incredible energy, knowledge, and passion to every session.

Set on the beautiful UW-Parkside campus, this camp blends high‑quality instruction, age‑appropriate competition, and tons of fun, creating a positive environment where every player feels supported and inspired.

    Brittany Nikolic

    Camp Director

    With more than a decade of collegiate coaching experience and a proven track record of elevating programs, Brittany Nikolic brings exceptional leadership and expertise to the UW-Parkside Women’s Soccer program. A former standout at Stanford University, Nikolic competed in four NCAA Tournaments, won a Pac‑10 Championship, and earned multiple All‑Pac‑10 honors, laying the foundation for her successful coaching career.

    Camp Director

    Before arriving at Parkside, Nikolic coached at Northwestern, UNLV, and Milwaukee, contributing to multiple conference championships and NCAA appearances. She later transformed the program at Alverno College, becoming the school’s all‑time winningest coach.

    At Parkside, Nikolic has guided her teams to postseason tournament berths, developed All‑GLIAC performers, and upheld one of the strongest academic standards on campus. Her coaching is defined by player development, tactical intelligence, and a commitment to helping athletes grow both on and off the field.

    Parents and players can expect a coach who brings elite playing experience, championship‑level coaching, and a deep passion for developing young athletes in a positive, competitive environment.

    Co-Camp Director

    A Parkside Hall of Famer and one of the most respected coaches in the region, Jason Zitzke brings more than two decades of coaching experience and on‑field excellence to the UW‑Parkside Men’s Soccer program. Named head coach in 2011 after serving in multiple coaching roles since 1999, Zitzke continues to lead one of the most competitive and consistently high‑performing programs in the conference.

    Zitzke guided Parkside to one of its most memorable seasons when the Rangers captured both the GLIAC regular‑season and tournament championships, earning an NCAA Tournament berth and securing his recognition as GLIAC Coach of the Year. Throughout his tenure, Parkside has earned multiple NCAA Tournament appearances and conference titles under his leadership.

    A former standout at UW‑Parkside himself, Zitzke was a three‑time All‑Region selection, a Second Team All‑American, and remains one of the program’s most accomplished players. He went on to become the only athlete in program history drafted into two professional leagues, earning a championship ring with the Milwaukee Wave.

    With a coaching style rooted in development, discipline, and attacking creativity, Zitzke has mentored numerous All‑GLIAC players and consistently built teams known for their competitiveness, strong culture, and tactical identity.

    Families can expect a coach who brings elite playing experience, championship‑level coaching, and a genuine commitment to helping every athlete grow, both on the field and as young people.

Nike Soccer Camps provide a fun and challenging environment where players are grouped by age and ability to maximize development. Guided by experienced coaches, campers sharpen their technical skills through focused training, dynamic drills, and small-sided games, building confidence and a lifelong passion for the game.

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY

  • Ratio: Low camper-to-coach ratio
  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
  • Equipment Needed: All campers must bring soccer cleats, shin guards, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
  • Facility: UW-Parkside Sports & Activity Center
  • Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital

CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

  • Small gym bag/backpack

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL

Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
