Since 2007, College Soccer Academy iD camps have a 98% record of the college coaches we advertise attending, coaching & recruiting at our events. CSA abides by high school rules & camps are open to all 8th-12th graders and anyone up to the age of 20.

Join the NCAA coaches (updated 6 weeks before camp start) who will be recruiting and running this ID camp at Peter Johann Memorial Field in Las Vegas, NV. Campers will receive coaching and recruiting opportunities from leading NCAA College Coaches. Players will also receive technical, tactical, and decision-making guidance from coaches in attendance during station drills and scrimmages.

    Kacey Bingham was named the eighth head coach of the UNLV women's soccer program on Dec. 10, 2025.

    Head Women's Soccer Coach - UNLV

    Bingham comes to Las Vegas after spending the last seven seasons as the head coach at Western Oregon. Prior to that, she served as assistant coach at St. Mary's for one season (2018), head coach at Utah Tech for five seasons (2013-17), and head coach for six years (2006-12) at Paradise Valley Community College.

    At WOU, Bingham became the program's all-time win percentage leader (48-45-5), while leading the Wolves to their first trip to the NCAA Division II Tournament in 2025. She elevated WOU to a five-win improvement in her first season (10-6-3), an 11-5-5 record her final year, the school's first national rankings - reaching as high as No. 8 in 2022 - and four GNAC Tournaments.

    In her time at Utah Tech, Bingham earned the highest win percentage in program history (51-33-3, .603) among coaches with multiple years at the school, and guided her squads to winning records and 10-plus wins in each of her final four seasons. During her half-decade in St. George, the Trailblazers garnered NCAA West Region rankings, including a high of No. 8, and set single-season school records in goals scored (19), game-winning goals (8), and hat tricks (3).

    Prior to those stops, Bingham amassed a 121-13-8 record as head coach at PVCC. She led the Pumas to NJCAA national titles in 2010 and 2012, going undefeated with a 46-0-2 record during those championship runs.

    Under her guidance, Bingham's players have garnered many athletic accolades. She produced the first two All-Americans in UTU history, as well as a combined 51 all-conference selections, 10 all-region honors, two Pac-West Player of the Year honorees, two conference Defender of the Year winners, and a West Region Player of the Year.

    Bingham's student-athletes have also been standouts in the classroom. She has coached 203 academic all-conference honorees (89 All-GNAC Academic and 114 Academic All-Pac West) and a three-time Academic All-American.

    Throughout her 20 years of coaching, Bingham's personal achievements include being named the 2019 GNAC Coach of the Year, 2012 NSCAA Coach of the Year, 2012 NSCAA Region Coach of the Year, 2012 NJCAA Coach of the Year, and 2012 ACCAC Coach of the Year.

    A former student-athlete herself, Bingham played collegiate soccer at Arizona State, where she earned her bachelor's degree in recreation management in 2006. She holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) B License.

    Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Bingham and her husband, Kyle, have four sons, Braxton, Jace, Theo, and Hawkens.

    Alec Sundly made the return to his alma mater as an assistant coach for the Cal women's soccer team in January of 2023. He enter his first season in that role.

    Assistant Women's Soccer Coach - Cal

    Sundly spent the last few seasons as an assistant coach for the UC Davis men's soccer team where he helped lead the Aggies to two Big West Tournament berths and a semifinals appearance in 2021. During his tenure, the Aggies had 11 Big West All-Conference selections and saw a student-athlete in Maximillian Arfsten taken 14th overall in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft.
    Prior to his coaching career, Sundly enjoyed a seven-year professional career that saw stints in both the MLS and USL, and a few years spent overseas. Sundly was the 32nd overall pick in the 2014 MLS SuperDraft back in 2014 being selected to the New England Revolution. During his rookie season the Revolution won an Eastern Conference Championship and was a MLS Cup finalist.

    His USL teams included the Rochester Rhinos and the Real Monarchs where he served as the team captain. He followed his career in the states by playing for Hörvikens IF and Nosaby IF in Sweden, and FCA Darmstadt 04 in Germany. Sundly helped Hörvikens IF earn a promotion to the 4th division in 2017.

    As a Bear, Sundly appeared in 73 matches earning 55 starts and was named team captain his senior year in 2013. That same season he earned a spot on the All-Pac-12 second team and helped Cal maintain its status as the top team in the country for six-straight weeks. He was also voted the team's offensive player of the year and earned the coaches award.

    He helped lead Cal to two NCAA Elite 8 appearances in his four-year career and helped clinch the Pac-10 title his freshman season scoring the game-winner against rival Stanford.

    Head Women's Soccer Coach - Cal Lutheran

    Frank Marino has been the head coach of the women's soccer program since 2009, where since then, the Regals have made the SCIAC postseason tournament every year and have won six SCIAC championships. In 2023, Marino led the Regals to the NCAA Division 3 National Championship and was named the NCAA National Coaching Staff of the Year.

    Head Women's Soccer Coach - Cal Lutheran

    In this historic season, CLU was the 1st unranked team to make it to the national final and was the 1st unranked team to win the National Championship. It was also the 1st national title in the program’s history and the 1st SCIAC team to win the women’s national title. Marino is the all-time winningest coach in Regals Soccer history with a record of 203-63-42. Marino and his staff were named the 2017 Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Coaching Staff of the Year following their first NCAA Sweet Sixteen appearance. In 2019, Marino and the Regals went to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in three years.

    In his 14th season with the Regals, Marino is 25th in NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Coaching Records for winningest active coaches (minimum of five years), with a win percentage of .716 and a record of 203-63-42. Among the winningest NCAA Division III coaches all-time (by percentage; minimum of ten years as head coach) he is ranked 47th. On November 11, 2023, Marino won his 200th game as head coach in the first round of the NCAA tournament against Carleton.

    Most importantly, Frank's philosophy of coaching is to create a meaningful program culture that develops character, builds a teamwork orientation, exudes positive energy, and enhances the student experience.

    Marino has been privileged to coach one NCAA Tournament Offensive MVP: Isabella Veljacic (2023), one NCAA Tournament Defensive MVP: Eden Quiroz (2023), two NCAA All-Tournament team players: Brynn McMahon (2023) and Kelsey Slaugh (2023), five All-America selections: Sinead Vaughan (2010, 2011), Taylor Will (2012), Zandra Stewart (2019) and Eden Quiroz (2023), and three Scholar All Americans selections: Zandra Stewart (2019), Isabella Veljacic (2023), and Avery West (2023). For the NCAA All-West Region, he has coached fourteen First Team honorees, fifteen to the Second Team, and nine to the Third Team. He was also honored to coach four SCIAC Player of the Year: Taylor Will (2012), Sinead Vaughan (2010,2011), Kali Youngdahl (2017), and Isabella Veljacic (2022), two SCIAC Defensive Player of the Year: Katie Weaver (2022) and Avery West (2023), and three SCIAC Newcomers of the Year: Taylor Will (2011), Raquel Weckhurst (2015), and Trinity Martinez (2017).

    Marino also serves as the head girls' soccer coach at Westlake High School where he has posted a 267-78-79 overall record since taking over in 2000. He has led the Warriors to 12 Marmonte League titles and six second-place finishes. In 2003, he led the Warriors to their first-ever CIF title and was recognized as the CIF, Daily News, and Marmonte League Coach of the Year. He was again named Coach of the Year for five more years.

    Marino earned a bachelor's degree in social science and a master's degree in education from the University of La Verne.

    Rios comes to Las Vegas after serving as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Queens University of Charlotte of the ASUN Conference for two seasons (2024-25). Prior to that, he spent time as an assistant coach at Oregon State briefly (2024), at Western Oregon on Bingham's staff (2022-23) and at Adams State (2020-22).

    During his time at Queens, Rios played a key role in player development and recruiting, providing support for the program's growth and talent acquisition. Among his achievements there, he helped guide the Royals to the ASUN Tournament and shutouts against two of the nation's top-15 scoring offenses this past season. Additionally, he coached one All-ASUN defender in 2024 (Sejla Podzic).

    Before his short stint at Oregon State, Rios coached the goalkeepers and defenders at WOU for two seasons. During that span, he produced the 2022 GNAC Defensive Player of the Year (Hannah Rispler), while the Wolves earned the program's first-ever national rankings and one GNAC tournament berth (2023).

    Rios began his coaching career as an assistant for two years at Adams State after finishing his playing career. As a student-athlete, he was a member of the Grizzlies' 2017 team that holds the best winning percentage in program history and later served as captain in 2019. He also played at Mesa Community College in Arizona from 2015-17, captaining MCC to its fourth consecutive playoff run and winning ACCAC Defensive Player of the Year honors.

    A native of Buckeye, Arizona, Rios earned his bachelor's degree in K-12 education from Adams State. He went on to play one year in the EPLWA for the Vancouver Victory and then one season in the UPSL with Sporting AZ FC.

    Diera Walton joined the UNLV women's soccer staff as an assistant coach in February 2026.

    Assistant Women's Soccer Coach - UNLV

    Walton, who was a two-time All-Mountain West goalkeeper, makes the move to Las Vegas after serving as assistant coach at Salt Lake Community College (2024-25) and USL W League club Utah United (2025) over the past two years.

    During her time at SLCC, Walton helped guide the Bruins to top-10 national rankings in goals allowed, goals against average and shutouts in back-to-back seasons, including top-3 rankings in 2024. Guiding the goalkeepers unit primarily, she mentored goalkeeper Elle Rafajko (2024) to NJCAA All-American honors, the NJCAA National Tournament Team and SWAC Goalkeeper of the Year honors. Additionally, the Bruins captured two SWAC titles, a Region 8 Championship and made two NJCAA Tournaments, reaching the Final Four in 2024, with Walton on the sidelines.

    In addition to coaching collegiate soccer, Walton spent the 2025 season at the professional level as the Utah United's goalkeeper coach. Her contributions provided the squad expertise at that position on its historic run to the USLW National Championship. She also gained valuable international experience playing professionally for FC Pinzgau in Austria during the 2024 season.

    Prior to playing professionally, Walton starred at goalkeeper at Utah State (2019-23). One of the program's most decorated goalkeepers, she left the school as the all-time leader in career saves (339) and shutouts (30). Other accomplishments on her impressive resume include a MW Tournament Championship, MW All-Tournament Team and All-Newcomer Team selections, five MW Defensive Player of the Week honors, and College Soccer News National Player of the Week (September 2023). Along with her athletic prowess, she excelled academically, earning Academic All-Mountain West honors three times (2021-23).

    Originally from Draper, Utah, Walton graduated from Utah State with her bachelor's degree in psychology paired with a minor in sociology. She also earned her master’s degree in sports management at her alma mater.

    Paul Sapsford

    College Soccer Academy - Founder | 2002 NCAA Coach of the Year

    Sapsford lectured in the field of Sport Psychology at Saint Mary’s University College (UK), and collaborated on research into the FIFA Experiment on Semi-Professional soccer which was later published in the Journal of Sports Sciences. His post graduate studies at Exeter University (UK) and Saint Mary’s College of California culminated in his thesis on the relationship between coaching behavior, collective efficacy and team cohesion.

    College Soccer Academy - Founder | 2002 NCAA Coach of the Year

    He holds a USSF “A” License and has coached D1 NCAA athletics at both Stanford University and Saint Mary’s College of California. While at Stanford he guided the Cardinal women’s soccer team to an elite eight finish in the 2002 NCAA playoffs and was named National Coach of the Year by Soccer America for this achievement. He also served Northern California as Director of Coaching, where he specialized in sport science and coach education.

CAMP INFO:

During the camp, you will receive collegiate-level instruction from the CSA coaching staff and coaches in attendance. This is a great opportunity for the prospective student-athlete to be evaluated by the staff at an individual and team level.

SMALL-SIDED GAMES (e.g. 8v8)

College Coaches will want to observe the player in a small-sided game for recruiting purposes. College coaches will also provide positional and tactical advice as well as individual decision-making guidance.

FINAL 3RD/SHOOTING/GOALKEEPER STATION

The final 3rd/shooting station will focus on technique and player movement to enhance goal-scoring opportunities. Goalkeepers will also work at this station, and receive position-specific advice from college GK coach(es).

HOW TO BE RECRUITED & NCAA RULES

Both players and parents receive a presentation on NCAA recruiting rules about the recruiting process as well as how to communicate & market themselves to schools of interest. We also discuss what college coaches are looking for and the fundamentals of the admissions process (e.g. SAT/ACT etc.).

COLLEGE COACHES CHOICE STATION

At this station the college coach will provide a suitable training session they typically conduct with their college player’s. Player’s will receive technical, tactical and decision-making advice at this station.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL

Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
