Nike Softball Camps is thrilled to host summer camp at Guilford College. No matter your skill level, Nike Softball Camp Guilford College offers training to help all campers achieve their goals. Our low camper-to-coach ratio ensures campers receive the attention and training they need to improve their game throughout the week. Whether it be long-term or short-term goals you have set for yourself, Director Charissa Duncan and their coaching staff are determined to help you get a step closer to your accomplishments this summer. We are looking forward to seeing everyone at Haworth Field for an action-packed four days of camp.
Guilford College is also excited to be offering a one day Pitching Clinic! If you are pitcher, don't miss out this chance to receive extra training from college coaches and become more dominate on the mound. We hope to see new and returning softball players this year!

Director Charissa Duncan
Charissa Duncan was introduced as the new Head Softball Coach in October of 2023. Duncan joined the softball staff prior to the 2023 softball season. Prior to coming to campus, Duncan spent the past six years as the head coach at Jesse Carson High School in China Grove, N.C.

Assistant Coach Kasey Locke
Kasey Locke joined the Guilford Softball coaching staff in January of 2024 as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator.

Camp Details
Instruction will focus primarily on hitting, fielding, base-running, and game situations. You can expect high demand for these first come first serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

CAMP INFORMATION
- Dates: June 15-18, 2026
- Age Group: 7-18
- Camp Type: Day Camp
- Half Day Camp Schedule (Ages 7-9): 9:00am-12:00pm, Monday-Thursday
- Day Camp Schedule (Ages 10-18): 9:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Thursday
- Check-In: Begins 30 minutes prior to the camp start time.
- Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a snack/lunch to camp each day.
PITCHING CLINIC INFORMATION
- Date: June 19, 2026
- Age Group: 7-18
- Camp Type: Pitching Camp
- Camp Schedule: Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm
- Check-In: Begins 30 minutes prior to the camp start time.
- Meals: Please bring a snack/lunch to camp each day if you would like.
Note: Pitchers can bring their own catcher to the Friday clinic if they prefer. If you can't provide a catcher, one may be provided or drills that do not require a catcher will be used. This Pitching program is designed for players to learn the fundamentals of pitching. Ran by Guilford College pitching coaches and players, campers can expect to learn drills and techniques to improve both speed and accuracy of pitching. If you’ve been pitching for several years or are interested in becoming a pitcher, you’ll benefit from this clinic.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Daily Softball Instruction
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
- Nike Softball Camp T-Shirt and other items (for half-day and full-day campers only; not provided to campers that register for the pitching clinic only)
INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion
- Facility: Outdoor Fields. Indoor facilities are available during inclement weather conditions.
Campus Map- The softball field (M1) and indoor facility (U1) have been marked on the map. Campers will check-in outside the third-base dugout at the softball field. Parking is in the big North Parking Lot located at the base of the softball field. There is additional parking behind the softball field, by the tennis courts.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Softball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a team or group of 5 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper may be eligible for a discount. To receive the group discount, please have someone email US Sports Camps at [email protected] with the following information: Camp name, list of camper names, and the number of campers. We will respond with a unique discount code for everyone in the group to use during online registration. *Note: Discount amounts vary by program, so please reach out for more details.

Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

Guilford's softball team plays and practices on Haworth Field, located on the northwest corner of the College. The softball field was built in 2003 and has steadily received a number of enhancements, including a scoreboard, brick dugouts, a team room, increased bleacher seating and a new windscreen.
