This summer, join University of Nebraska Kearney head coach, Kyle Trelka, for one session of day camp (9:00am-4:00pm) for ages 9-18. Swimmers should have prior competitive experience before enrolling in this camp.

- Check-In: 8:30am at Kearney High School Pool.
- Lunch: Lunch will be not be provided. Please bring a packed lunch.
- Program: The IM Technique program is designed to provide competitive swimmers with a better understanding of swimming fundamentals. Stroke refinement along with constructive feedback will be the focus of the camp and allows each participant to gain a greater knowledge of proper stroke mechanics and ways to improve themselves individually. There will be a session each on butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
CAMP CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in
- Check-in between 8:30am-9:00am at the Kearney High School Natatorium. Check-in will take place between 8:45am-9:00am for the remaining days.
Check-out
- Check-out at 4:00pm at the Kearney High School Natatorium each afternoon.
There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to drop off and pick up your child on time.
MEALS
Lunch will not be provided. Campers need to bring a packed lunch each day.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Swim Camps t-shirt and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your water swimsuit, swim cap, goggles and towel(s)
- Facility: Weary Natatorium
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
