2024 DATES AND PRICES NOW AVAILABLE!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our inaugural Nike Swim Camp at Mount Holyoke College! Join Head Coach, Dave Allen, and his staff for an unforgettable summer experience of stroke technique enhancement, fitness, and fun, set against the backdrop of Mount Holyoke's stunning campus. Designed for swimmers of all levels, swimmers will have the opportunity to refine their strokes, boost endurance, and foster a love for swim. Led by experienced coaches and held in the top-notch facilities of the Mount Holyoke College Natatorium, this camp promises a unique blend of skill development and camaraderie.

The Nike Swim Camp at Mount Holyoke College is designed to bring out the very best in every swimmer we coach. We accomplish this by providing ongoing constructive feedback during each pool session. Our ultimate goal is to help competitive swimmers improve their stroke technique and to gain confidence, in/and out of the pool, so they can compete at the next level.

This camp is open to any and all entrants. For your safety and benefit, we recommend you have competitive swimming experience (e.g. U.S.S. age group, national qualifiers, high school swimmers, or summer league swimmers) and can swim at least 50 meters in all four competitive strokes: fly, back, breast and freestyle.

Highlights Include
  • Stroke technique refinement for competitive swimming
  • Low camper to staff ratio
  • Small group and individual stroke analysis/instruction
