In addition to two summer swim camp sessions at Seattle University, Coach Dykstra and his experienced coaching staff will host three specialized Nike Swim Clinics in Seattle this year. Clinic dates and focus areas are April 12 (Freestyle & Backstroke Clinic), April 19 (Butterfly & Breaststroke Clinic), and April 26 (Starts & Turns Clinic). These clinics are designed to help swimmers improve technique, efficiency, and race performance.

All instruction takes place at Seattle University’s Redhawk Center, home to two indoor 25-yard, six-lane swimming pools. Upon arrival, campers are grouped with swimmers of similar skill levels, experience, and training goals to ensure personalized instruction. Our coaching staff works closely with each swimmer to accommodate individual needs while creating a supportive, goal-oriented training environment focused on measurable improvement.

The Seattle University Swim Camp is open to any and all entrants. For your safety and benefit, we recommend you have competitive swimming experience (e.g., U.S.S. age group, national qualifiers, high school swimmers, or summer league swimmers) and can swim at least 50 meters in all four competitive strokes: fly, back, breast and freestyle.

Highlights Include

  • TEAM DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
  • Stroke technique refinement for competitive swimming
  • Low camper to staff ratio
  • Small group and individual stroke analysis/instruction
  • Every camper receives a Nike Camp T-shirt and Nike Swim Cap
  • Every camper is eligible to receive merit-based prizes during camp
