This Cottonwood Heights tennis camp is led by Brighton High School Tennis Coaches Natalie Meyer, and Jason Newell and their exceptional staff. Boys and girls of all skill levels ages 8-18 are invited to attend for our All Skills Program!
We are also excited to announce a new Younger Kid Camp option for campers ages 5-8 who are just starting to learn the game of tennis. This camp will be focused on introducing them to the sport and learning basic fundamentals of the game through various drills, games and activities.
The Brighton High School tennis camp will teach kids the latest tennis techniques, tactics, and strategies through on-court instruction, competitive drills, and match play. Campers will improve their skills, build confidence and have serious fun with other campers that enjoy tennis.

CAMP PROGRAMS
This year we are offering Day Camps (9:00am-3:00pm) that run Monday-Friday that are geared towards boys and girls, ages 8-18, of all ability levels. Mornings consist of drilling, point play, conditioning, and off-court fun. Afternoons will focus on match play and other fun competitive games.
All sessions are open to players of all abilities. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week.
- All Skills Program: The All Skills program is designed for tennis players of any skill level and background and includes concentrated work to develop the proper fundamentals and a mix of drilling and match play.
New this year, we will be offering a Younger Kids Camp (Ages 5-8) that will have a specialized focus on younger campers who are just beginning to learn the game of tennis. This camp will have 2 sessions from May 30-June 16 (no camp Memorial Day - May 29) and July 25-August 11 (no camp Pioneer Day - July 24) and will run from 1:00pm to 3:00pm daily for a total of 28 hours of instruction per session.
- Intro to Tennis: The younger kids camp will specialize in offering campers an introduction to the game of tennis. Campers will learn basic skills, fundamentals and participate in various activities and games. * Low compression balls and racquets are provided.
CAMP SCHEDULE
- All Skills Camp (8-18)
- Check-in: All campers Monday 8:30am
- Check-out: All campers Friday 12:00pm
- Day Camper Schedule: Monday 8:30am-3:00pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9:00am-3:00pm, Friday 9:00am-12:00pm
- Intro to Tennis (Ages 5-8)
- Check-in: All campers Tuesday 1:00pm (week of May 29 and July 24) All other weeks Monday 1:00pm for each session.
- Check-out: All campers Friday 3:00pm
- Day Camper Schedule: 1:00pm-3:00pm each day
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Daily tennis training, morning and afternoon sessions
- Supervision: Staff members participate in all activities
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: All campers receive a Nike Tennis Camps t-shirt and prize
MEALS
Campers are required to bring their own. Lunch will not be provided.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 5:1 camper-to-coach ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
- Equipment Needed: All campers must bring a tennis racquet, tennis shoes, and a water bottle
- Facility: Brighton High School Tennis Facility, home of the Brighton Bengals Tennis Team is a beautiful 8-court facility located in the backdrop of the gorgeous Wasatch Mountains
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital
