at Nike Tennis Camps

Our premier PNW camp at Seattle U is hitting the road in 2026 for two sessions this summer! Train with Coach Kristina Hollander and her outstanding coaching team as they bring this proven camp experience to Bellevue, Washington.

Hosted at Sammamish High School, this tennis day camp is designed for beginner and intermediate players ages 5 to 16. Players will hit a high volume of balls, build strong technical fundamentals, and grow their confidence through structured drills and competitive play with athletes of similar skill levels.

This Bellevue junior tennis camp blends high level technical instruction, purposeful drilling, supervised match play, and structured downtime where players can connect and enjoy the full camp experience. Whether players are new to the game or looking to strengthen their foundation, this program delivers an engaging, positive, and development focused environment.

Spots are expected to fill quickly based on the strong track record of this program, so early registration is encouraged.

    In the 2022-23 season, both men’s and women’s teams reached the WAC Championships. On the women’s side, Elena Kraleva earned Singles and Doubles Players of the Week, with Liliya Dimova joining her on the Doubles Players of the Week honors. On the men’s side, Veselin Kiselkov and Clement Hamel also earned Doubles Players of the Week honors as well. Filip Stipic and Julian Worn earned Singles All-WAC Second Team honors. Additionally, Worn also won Doubles All-WAC First team honors, earning the award with Michael Frank.

    In the 2021-22 season, women's tennis reached the WAC Tournament finals match for the first time in program history. Elena Kraleva earned Singles & Doubles All-Tournament Team, while Liliya Dimova joined her on the Doubles Team and Mireia Fehr claimed Singles honors. The pairing of Liliya Dimova and Elena Kraleva won seven matches in a row to conclude the season, earning Doubles Second Team All-WAC honors. On the men's team, Julian Worn, Veselin Kiselkov and Filip Stipic swept the WAC Men's Tennis Athletes of the Week, for the week of Feb. 6-13. Stipic earned singles Players of the Week honors while, the paring of Kiselkov and Worn claimed doubles Team of the Week accolades.

    In the 2020-21 season, Lucas Cerbelli and Eli Ogilvy earned Second Team All-WAC honors, while Julian Worn was named on the All-WAC Honorable Mention under Hollander's watch. Worn and Mats Krause were named WAC Doubles Team of the Week for the week of Feb. 23 through March 1 and Cerbelli and Ogilvy earned that same award for the week of Mar. 23-29. Worn also earned himself WAC Player of the Week honors for his performance in singles play from Mar. 2-8. On the women's team, Peggy Rooke was voted on the All-Tournament team for her performances in singles play at the 2021 WAC tennis tournament. 15 Redhawks (six men, nine women) received individual All-Academic awards from the WAC.

    A graduate of UNLV and one of the top tennis players in Mountain West Conference history, Hollander takes over the Redhawk reigns following two seasons as an assistant coach at San Jose State. She was also a professor in the SJSU Kinesiology department.

    Hollander joined the Spartan coaching staff in August 2018 after serving as the head tennis professional for a major hotel chain in Puerto Rico. She has also held tennis pro positions in Nevada and Connecticut.

    The four-year letterwinner at UNLV was the second Mountain West Conference women's tennis player in history to be named all-conference in singles and doubles each of four seasons.

    Playing as Kristina Nedeltcheva, she was a nationally-ranked Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) singles and doubles player and the 2010 ITA Mountain Region Senior of the Year during her collegiate career. She competed in the 2007 and 2008 NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Championships in doubles and the 2010 NCAA Championships as a singles entry for the Rebels.

    Hollander was a three-time Academic All-Mountain West award winner, an ITA Scholar-Athlete and graduated with honors in 2010. She was named UNLV's 2010 Sportswoman of the Year.

    The native of Sofia, Bulgaria, was an Under-14, Under-16 and an open singles national indoor champion.

Camp is open to any and all entrants and only restricted only by age and number of campers.

CAMP PROGRAM INFORMATION

  • Camp Type(s) Offered: Full Day (9:00am-4:00pm)

  • Skill Level: Beginner & Intermediate

SKILL LEVELS & GROUP PLACEMENT

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. Campers are then sorted by ability first, then age per the Camp Director's discretion - adjustments are made as needed during camp.

While there are many ways to define skill levels, the following descriptions are what the Camp Directors at Nike Tennis Camps will use to organize and group camp participants. At the time of registration, please choose the level that best represents your athlete's experience:

  • Beginner: Players new to the game with little to no formal tennis instruction. They are still learning the fundamentals, focusing on basic skills and rules of the game. Typically play for recreation and have minimal match-play experience.

  • Intermediate: Players who can serve and sustain rallies with consistency. They are comfortable hitting medium-paced shots but may struggle with all strokes and directional control. Some may have participated in local tournaments and possess a UTR rating or are equivalent to a High School JV player.

CAMP CHECK-IN/OUT

  • Check-in: All campers check in at 8:30am on Monday at the tennis courts. Check in rest of days closer to 9:00am. Parents are encouraged to drop off and pick up at the the tennis courts at Sammamish High School (14200 SE 4th St, Bellevue, WA 98007)

  • Check-out: 4:00pm Daily

CAMP SCHEDULE

  • Daily Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm

MEALS

Campers will need to bring a lunch and snacks each day.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

  • Instruction: 6-7 of daily tennis training, morning and afternoon sessions
  • Supervision: Staff members participate in all activities
  • Camp T-shirt: All campers receive a Nike Tennis Camps t-shirt

EQUIPMENT, FACILITY & MORE

  • Equipment Needed: All campers must bring a tennis racquet, tennis shoes, and a water bottle
  • Facility: Campers will utilize Sammamish High School's outdoor tennis court
  • Inclement Weather Plan: In case of inclement weather and a day is rained out, we will be using Friday as a make-up day.
  • Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital

INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN

We DO NOT have access to indoor tennis courts for this summer. If the weather does not permit training outdoors, the director will reach out on the morning of camp. Campers will have the option of making up any missed days due to rain at any point during the summer.

Camp is open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

If there are any imperative changes prior to camp start, registered campers will be notified via email and this webpage will be updated!

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for the tuition fees paid, valid for one year for any sport and transferable to any immediate family member. Please note that participants who do not attend their registered session (no-shows) or fail to notify USSC at least 24 hours prior to check-in will not receive a voucher or refund.

Refunds are available only if the Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your payment due date (1st of the month prior to your camp start date).
