This Track & Field Camp is designed as a comprehensive training camp program with a focus on track & field fundamentals including drills, pacing, strength endurance, speed, and core strengthening as well as the mental edge training necessary for top athletic performances.
We work with elementary, middle & high school T&F athletes of all abilities, to help you get better and have fun!
This camp will provide instruction for sprints and hurdles ONLY.

Cross Country/Track & Field Coach - Endicott College Rylee Gillen
Rylee is the a coach for the men’s and women’s cross country teams and women’s track & field team at Endicott College. A former NCAA Division I student-athlete, Rylee also has experience coaching track & field at the middle school level.

Middlesex Girls’ Cross Country Coach from 2015-present Emily Jones Teevens
Emily has led the Middlesex Cross Country team to three ISL Championship titles and three NEPSAC D2 Championship titles in past four years. Her accolades include: NCAA D1 All-American in Cross Country while at Georgetown University Two-year co-captain of the Georgetown cross-country and track teams Helped lead Georgetown to the 2011 Division I National Cross-Country Championship title USATF Level 1 Certified Coach

The Nike Track & Field Camp at Middlesex School offers an experienced coaching staff for track & field training. Educational lectures on topics including training, drills and technique, plyometrics, motivation and goal setting, nutrition, and much more are included in the daily breakouts. Video analysis is used to teach campers about proper form. Join us this summer in Concord, Massachusetts for an action-packed week.

- Age Group: 10-17 (Grades 4-12, Entering Fall 2025)

- Meals: All meals are provided at the on-campus dining facility. Day campers do not receive breakfast. All campers are provided lunch and dinner.

Below are the camp program options offered at Middlesex School:

- Division: Grades 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 (Entering Fall 2025)
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 2:30pm
- Check In: 8:30-9am
- Check Out: 2:30-3:00pm
- Fee: $550/week

Per Connecticut and Massachusetts Board of Health guidelines, all campers must fill out the CT Health & Liability Form and meet the requirements outlined in the Massachusetts List of Required Vaccinations.

We offer the following sibling discounts for our running camps:
- $15 off for weekend clinics
- $20 off for day camp sessions

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
- Grouped by: age, ability, and event
- Evaluation: by coaching staff
- Equipment: Campers must pack a lunch each day. Campers should bring at least one pair of broken in running shoes. Event shoes/spikes are recommended but not required. Please be sure to properly mark your equipment, so that it can be easily identified.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
ALL CAMPERS:
- Extra Athletic clothing
- 1-2 pairs of broken in running shoes/ event spikes
- Non-running shoes
- Water bottle
- Sunblock
- Small gym bag/backpack
- Extra spending money (suggested $40)
GEAR UP FOR CAMP
All Nike Track & Field Campers receive a Nike camp t-shirt as part of their tuition. Additional Nike Camp gear is available for purchase at check-out or can be purchased at any time on our storefront.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
HEALTH & RELEASE FORMS
The following documents are required by the state of Massachusetts and must be completed in the CUSTOMER PORTAL before the first day of camp.
Physical Exam: A physical exam performed within the last 18 months that is signed by your camper's physician is required to be uploaded in the portal.
Immunization Certificate: Immunization records must be submitted in the form of an “Immunization Certificate." This can be provided by your camper's physician. This must be uploaded in the portal. Per Massachusetts Board of Health guidelines, all campers must meet the requirements outlined in the Massachusetts List of Required Vaccinations. This form does include a doctor's signature. Campers can complete the MA-specific health forms after adding their campers under their profile in the customer portal.
Our additional Health & Release Form does not require a doctor’s signature. This form is required to be filled out accurately, signed by the parent (guardian), and submitted in our Customer Portal before camp check-in.
CAMP TUITION PAYMENTS
Full payment of camp fees must be completed by the first day of the month before camp. For example:
- June Camps: final payment is due on May 1
- July Camps: final payment is due on June 1
- August Camps: final payment is due on July 1
Any camper with an unpaid balance 10 days before the start of their camp will forfeit all camp fees paid to date and be removed from the camp.
Your confirmation email shows your balance due and balance due date. Final payments can be made through the US Sports Camps Customer Portal or by phone at 1-800-645-3226.

Are the campers supervised throughout the camp?
Yes, campers are supervised by the coaches and staff. Staff members reside in the same dorms as the campers and provide supervision during instruction, dining times, evening activities, and in the dorm. All staff members complete criminal and sex offender background checks before working the camp.
