Steve Suttich is the Director of Oregon Juniors Volleyball Academy (OJVA), the 16u National team coach, former University of Washington Head Coach, UCLA All American, 5 Time National champ NCAA and USAV.
Marty Mozzochi

Coach

Marty Mozzochi is the head coach of the 14u National team for Oregon Juniors Volleyball Academy (OJVA), former Head Coach at University of San Francisco, and former Assistant Coach at Portland State when they won 4 National Championships.

Terri Jo Schlatter

Coach

Terri Jo Schlatter is the head coach of the 15u National team for Oregon Juniors Volleyball Academy (OJVA) , former Assistant Coach at PSU, USAV All American, former Pro Volleyball Player, and OSAA Coach of the Year.
Mike King

Coach

Mike King is the head coach of the 17u National Team at Oregon Juniors Volleyball Academy (OJVA), former DI Head and Asst Coach at Eastern Washington University, and University of Portland.

Coach

Coach King brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the sport, with over 25 years of volleyball coaching and teaching at both the high school and collegiate levels. A respected figure in the Portland, Oregon volleyball community, Coach King currently offers private lessons and serves as a technical consultant for local clubs. Most recently, he guided Estacada High School to a historic milestone with its first Tri-Valley Conference title in 15 years and a top-5 OSAA state ranking.

Before transitioning to the high school level, Coach King enjoyed a distinguished NCAA Division I coaching career for 21 years. He served as both Head and Associate Head Coach at Eastern Washington University, where his leadership helped secure two NCAA National Championship appearances. His impact was also felt at the University of Portland, Winthrop University, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he played a pivotal role in revitalizing programs, leading teams to national victories, and mentoring numerous all-conference and all-academic student-athletes.

In addition to his school-based roles, Coach King has spent 25 years deeply involved in elite-level club volleyball. He is the founder of Oregon Juniors Volleyball Club, a program that has earned regional titles and a national championship and has helped more than 100 athletes secure Division I scholarships. His long-term vision and leadership have left a lasting legacy in the development of young athletes.

Coach King is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a veteran member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association, and a former board member of the Columbia Empire Volleyball Association. His career reflects a deep and sustained commitment to excellence in volleyball at every level
Kalani Efstathiou

Coach

Kalani Efstathiou is the head coach of the 18u National team at Oregon Juniors Volleyball Academy (OJVA), and the Head Coach at St Francis University.

Program: Focuses on basic setting fundamentals. Recommended for all positions and abilities. Each camp will be hosted by different Oregon Juniors Volleyball Academy Coaches.

JULY 13-16: SERVE & PASS

Open To: Girls and boys, ages 14-18
Daily Hours: 1:00pm-4:00pm
Check-in: 30 minutes prior to camp start time on Day 1
Lunch: Lunch is not provided. Campers who are attending both the morning session & afternoon session can bring a lunch to camp and will be supervised by camp staff.

Open To: Girls and boys, ages 8-12

Program: Introduces the basics of volleyball. Campers will learn all the key skills and build a strong foundation for future growth. Recommended for players with no prior experience or less than a year of experience. Each camp will be hosted by different Oregon Juniors Volleyball Academy Coaches.

AUGUST 17-20 | DECEMBER 28-31: JUNIOR

Open To: Girls and boys, ages 12-14
Daily Hours: 1:00pm-4:00pm
Check-in: 30 minutes prior to camp start time on Day 1
Lunch: Lunch is not provided.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

Instruction: Daily volleyball training
Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Volleyball Camps t-shirt and prizes. *1-day clinics excluded.
Volleyballs: Volleyballs are provided for instruction during camp. Campers may purchase a Camp Volleyball at the time of registration, which will be given out on the last day of camp. Fun tip: Have your camp friends sign your ball before you leave!
Facility: Indoor courts
Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
Transportation: Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNTS

If you have a group of 4 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $45 discount. Discounts are not available for camps priced at $250 or less. Please fill out the Team Discount - Volleyball form and we will create a unique discount code for your group.

FAQ

Absolutely! Campers are encouraged to attend multiple sessions. Each program delivers something unique to help players excel in all areas of the game. Many campers will attend more than one session to further refine their skills, compete against new players, or choose a session with a different program focus.
If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that is good through the following year for any sport and is transferable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact USSC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund.

Yes! To save your spot at camp, a deposit is due at registration:
- $150 for Day and Half Day camps
- $300 for Overnight and Extended Day camps
- Camps under $150 must be paid in full at registration.
Your remaining balance is due on the 1st of the month before your camp begins:
- June camps → due May 1
- July camps → due June 1
- August camps → due July 1
Any camper with an unpaid balance 10 days before camp will forfeit all fees paid and be removed from the camp.
