Left with new confidence in her abilities!

July 12, 2018: This was by far her favorite summer vball camp experience! She loved being able to play with kids at her skill level- rather than just being divided by age! This was our first Nike Advanced Vball camp- and both of us were very impressed with the well-trained, friendly staff. She learned new approach techniques and hitting techniques she hadn't tried before. She came away with new confidence in her abilities. The camp director was highly organized, highly accessible and never left the gym.

    Great facility

July 9, 2018: The facility was soooooo nice. Not some old smelly high school gym. She loved all the skills games. It let them moving all the time. Camper of the day was something she looked forward to and tried to achieve. Team building fun lip sync. Not a lot of time spent on it which was good but a fun break to mix things up.

    Best experience!

July 9, 2018: My daughter had a finger injury the day before camp began. Despite this set back, the coaches were encouraging and she felt confident to cheer on the other players. As a result, Avery earned a prize the first day for good sportsmanship and participation (although limited). Avery was overjoyed to be recognized in this way even though she couldn’t participate fully. By the end of the Camp session, she had healed and very active and supportive to her teammates. Also, she was hustling to call for the ball a lot. It was great to see how she progressed after just 3 days and the injury. I was so proud of Avery and attribute this positive experience to the encouraging and approachable vibe from the counselors/Coaches. Thank you, to Emily and the Lewis & Clark Pioneers!!

    Sharpened skills!

July 26, 2017: She loved working with Bailee & Brooke! She really got to work on serving over hand. She had a lot of fun working on spiking the ball with Brooke. We're looking forward to coming to Lewis & Clark to watch some of Bailee's games this season!

    Lots of individual attention

August 10, 2016: This camp had a great energy level, safe environment, and they were able to work on good techniques and skills. I liked that the girls were given individual attention and coaches stayed with them until they understood the skill. There was a lot of attention and attention to quality of reps and most importantly it was fun!

    Get specific instruction

The coaches were helpful and informative and great with this age group. I thought the kids got a fair amount of individual attention/instruction. Even though it was an All-skills camp, I really liked that there was a small amount of time on days 3 & 4 to allow the kids to choose a specific skill for which they could get more dedicated instruction.

    Highly recommended

The Nike Volleyball camp my child attended at Lewis & Clark College was excellent. The coaching staff was knowledgeable, positive and enthusiastic. They were very good with kids and encouraged good character was well as good VB play. The facility was terrific. The pace of the camp was great - brisk but not brutal. All the kids seemed to get plenty of touch time - nobody was left out of the action. The camp was good for a wide variety of skill levels. If you have a child interested in volleyball, I highly recommend the Nike VB Camp.
