Jeremiah Huntt is the Head Volleyball Coach at University of Mount Saint Vincent.

A familiar foe is switched sidelines for the 2025 season when Jeremiah Huntt was tabbed as the University's newest men's volleyball head coach.

Huntt enters his second season at the helm of his program in 2026. He completed his first season as head coach with a 6-21 overall record, with four of those wins coming in Skyline Conference play.

Huntt is familiar to both the University and the Skyline Conference. The Bronx, New York native was a four year standout with rival Purchase College, earning the conference's Rookie of the Year honors in 2019, as well as a Second Team All-Skyline selection.

"I'm extremely excited to welcome Jeremiah to the Dolphin family," Stern told UMSVAthletics.com. "We believe his recent experience within the Skyline will propel the program forward, and his experience working within collegiate athletic departments is also a plus to our evolving staff."

"Throughout the hiring process, there was nothing but excitement for me. Being a college athlete in the same conference as UMSV, I had an idea of the school, but when looking to coach here, it shifted the way I thought about the University and campus," stated Huntt. "The athletic department is here for their student-athletes, and UMSV is constantly expanding for the better and I absolutely love that. I am excited to take on this role and buy into the mission of both athletics and the school as a whole."

Huntt's coaching experience began at The Woodstock Academy, where he served as the school's assistant coach. Despite being the second-in-command, Huntt gained experience in a number of areas, including developing practice plans, creating techniques for different levels of student-athletes and implemented innovative training methodologies to advance both skill and knowledge. In addition to Huntt's time spent on the volleyball staff, he assisted in coaching the basketball team as well as leading The Woodstock Academy's lacrosse program.

Huntt additionally gained athletic administrative experience during his time with Purchase. From 2019 through 2022, Huntt aided the sports information department with game day logistics while also spearheading the filming of all Panthers home events.

"I am very excited for the 2025 season. I believe with the talent that is here already, and the guys that have committed, we can shake up the Skyline," Huntt continued. "I am ready to put my experience and knowledge on the table for these guys and help them grow both as athletes and individuals."

After receiving his bachelor's degree in literature and film, Huntt graduated with a master's degree in athletic administration from Ohio University in May of 2024. He currently resides in the Bronx.

APRIL 2-3 | JULY 27-31: ALL SKILLS

Open To: Girls, ages 12-16
Daily Hours: 9:00am-3:00pm
Check-in: 30 minutes prior to camp start time
Parking Details: Signs will be posted around the campus for directions on how to get to the gym/parking area. Please come into the gym with your camper to check in/pick up to ensure the safety of your camper
Lunch: Lunch is provided from the school's cafeteria (Pizza, Burgers, Salads, Sandwiches, Chicken Tenders + Fries)
Program: Offers high-energy training focused on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Athletes will build a solid foundation and boost confidence in a positive, energetic environment. Recommended for all positions and abilities. Campers may be grouped by age, skill, or experience at the Director’s discretion.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

Instruction: Daily volleyball training
Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Volleyball Camps t-shirt and prizes. *1-day clinics excluded.
Volleyballs: Volleyballs are provided for instruction during camp. Campers may purchase a Camp Volleyball at the time of registration, which will be given out on the last day of camp. Fun tip: Have your camp friends sign your ball before you leave!
Facility: Indoor courts. There is no AC, but we will have fans running and take lots of water breaks to stay cool and ensure hydration.
Medical Protocol: Our camp will have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
Transportation: Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNTS

If you have a group of 4 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $45 discount. Discounts are not available for camps priced at $250 or less. Please fill out the Team Discount - Volleyball form and we will create a unique discount code for your group.

SCHOLARSHIPS

We cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.

Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

There was a tournament where the campers were randomly put on teams. They got to choose their own team names, colors/themes, etc. This not only helped campers get used to rotations and techniques when playing in real volleyball matches, but it also helped the skill of cooperating in teams.
My daughter really enjoyed her week at the Nike Volleyball Camp! Every day she shared how much fun she had and how much she learned. She also loved getting a college campus tour of Mount Saint Vincent. I was also happy that this was part of her experience.

FAQ

If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that is good through the following year for any sport and is transferable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact USSC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund.

Yes! To save your spot at camp, a deposit is due at registration:
- $150 for Day and Half Day camps
- $300 for Overnight and Extended Day camps
- Camps under $150 must be paid in full at registration.
Your remaining balance is due on the 1st of the month before your camp begins:
- June camps → due May 1
- July camps → due June 1
- August camps → due July 1
Any camper with an unpaid balance 10 days before camp will forfeit all fees paid and be removed from the camp.
