Swimming Programs (varies by location):
- Overnight Camps: Two to three separate workouts a day, includes meals, housing, and most evening activities.
- Extended Day Camps: Two to three separate workouts a day, includes lunch, dinner, and most evening activities.
- Day Camps: Typically two workouts a day, lunch varies by location.
