Refund & Cancellation Policy
Validated Travel Restrictions
Participants who experience a validated travel restriction (such as a denied visa or refused entry at the border) will receive a full refund of camp tuition fees paid. To qualify, participants must submit official documentation from the relevant government authority confirming the denial. Notification and documentation must be received no later than 10 days before camp check-in.
Travel Bookings via Camp Travel Partner
Flights booked through AllSports International are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the individual airlines. A non-refundable administrative fee of $150 USD per traveler will be deducted from any airline-related refund, regardless of the airline’s policy. If the airline issues a credit or voucher instead of a refund, that credit will be passed on to the participant. AllSports International is not responsible for airline-imposed penalties, change fees, or non-refundable fares.
General Cancellations
A full refund of tuition fees paid is available only if Cancellation Protection was purchased at registration (see Cancellation Protection section below). Cancellations made before May 15, 2026 are eligible for a camp credit voucher equal to the amount paid, valid through July 2027 and transferable to an immediate family member. Cancellations made after May 15, 2026 and at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will receive a camp credit voucher only if Cancellation Protection was purchased at registration. No refunds or vouchers will be issued for no-shows, voluntary withdrawal, schedule conflicts, or behavioral dismissal.
Medical or Family Emergencies
Camp credit vouchers may be issued for cancellations due to documented illness, injury, or family emergencies. Valid documentation (such as a physician’s note) must be submitted for consideration.
Cancellation Protection (Optional)
Cancellation Protection is available for $100 per participant and must be purchased at the time of registration. It provides a full refund of tuition fees paid if cancellation occurs before May 15, 2026. If cancellation occurs after May 15, 2026 but at least 24 hours before camp check-in, a camp credit voucher will be issued. The $100 Cancellation Protection fee is non-refundable.
Event Cancellation by Organizers
If the camp is cancelled by the organizers for any reason, including safety concerns, facility issues, or travel restrictions, participants will receive a full refund of camp tuition fees paid. Refunds for travel bookings will follow the airline’s refund policy, with the $150 administrative fee remaining non-refundable. Cancellation Protection fees are non-refundable.
Additional Terms
Campers with unpaid balances 10 days before camp may be removed from the program and forfeit all fees paid. Campers agree to waive any and all damages that may arise from cancellation and accept registration fees as liquidated damages.
