Originally from Vilnius, Lithuania, Azary’s professional soccer journey took him across Europe, where he competed with clubs in Italy, Scotland, Israel, and the Netherlands, gaining invaluable firsthand insight into the demands and sophistication of the international game. He also represented the Lithuanian National Team in Futsal, bringing a unique layer of technical precision and close‑control expertise that now enriches his player development approach.

With over 15 years of coaching experience, Azary has built a reputation for exceptional individualized training. For more than a decade, he has worked directly with youth players of all ages, helping them master ball control, improve field awareness, build confidence, and develop the traits needed to excel at higher levels. Since the founding of Soccer IQ Academy, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its growth, curriculum, and player‑centric culture.

Beyond his soccer achievements, Azary brings a strong academic foundation to his coaching. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a Master’s Degree in Finance, and certifications as both a fraud examiner and anti–money laundering specialist, a combination that fuels his analytical approach, attention to detail, and structured methodology on the field. His leadership in founding SIQ Futsal further underscores his commitment to developing technically gifted, intelligent, and confident players.
