Ben Clark
Camp Director

Ben brings a wealth of coaching and playing experience to Soccer Sidekicks, with a deep passion for developing young athletes at all levels. A former professional player and experienced coach, he has worked with youth, collegiate, and academy-level programs, helping shape the next generation of soccer talent. His journey has taken him from playing professionally in the U.S. and Europe to coaching championship-winning college teams and founding his own youth club, where he has mentored and developed countless young players.
Ben played professionally with the New York Red Bulls, Pittsburgh Riverhounds, Western Massachusetts, and Wilmington Hammerheads before continuing his career in Finland with FC Korsholm and VPS.
As a coach, Ben has worked at every level of the game, from youth development to college soccer. He spent five years on the coaching staff of NCAA Division II National Champions, Wingate University, before founding North Georgia United Soccer Club in 2012. At just 27 years old, he became one of Georgia’s youngest Executive Directors, overseeing the club’s growth and development.
Now leading Soccer Sidekicks, Ben is committed to introducing the game to young players in a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate way. His goal is to foster confidence, creativity, and skill development, ensuring every child leaves camp with a love for soccer and a strong foundation for the future.
