Ben Cook
Director
Ben Cook is currently the Head Coach of the Cypress Women's Tennis team. Ben has over 10 years of coaching experience at all levels and was recently on staff with Division I, UC Irvine Athletics Women's Tennis.
At UCI, Ben got to be an acting Head Coach for half the season and helped the team to an 11-9 record that was marked as the program's first winning season since 2019. In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Ben is a Junior Director at the University of Southern California for the Wilson Collegiate Tennis Camps. In 2022, Ben assisted the Men's & Women's tennis programs at CalTech, mainly with the Women's Team, acting as the Head Coach for the season. He helped the women's program to a year-end No. 19 Division III National Rankings, and is the highest in program history to date. Ben was also on the coaching staff at Division II, Fresno Pacific University during the 2018 season. At Fresno Pacific, he achieved an ITA Community Service Award and finished the season with a 14-5 record. At the high school level, Ben has helped secure 2 CIF Titles in Girls Tennis and 5 straight CIF Titles with Boys Tennis across three divisions. He was the Assistant and then Head Coach of the Girls Tennis Program at Mater Dei High School and won back-to-back Trinity League Titles.
