Brian Holland

Directing camp this summer will be Brian Holland!
Meet Montreat College head coach Brian Holland, a passionate leader with decades of experience developing players and building successful programs. Since taking over at Montreat, Brian has already made a major impact by helping guide the program from a 0-14 season to 6-10 in just one year, establishing a culture built on hard work, accountability, and player development.
Prior to Montreat, Brian served as the head coach at Nation Ford High School from 2012–2017, where he helped build one of South Carolina’s top programs and earned South Carolina Coach of the Year honors in 2016.
As a player, Brian competed at Hofstra University from 1990–1995, earning recognition as a North Atlantic Conference All-Star and recipient of the Steve Carlin Unsung Hero Award. He also scored a memorable goal in the 1993 NCAA Division I Quarterfinals against eventual national champion Syracuse University.
Brian brings energy, experience, and a positive coaching style to camp each summer, helping players build confidence, sharpen their skills, and enjoy the game. He currently lives in Fort Mill, South Carolina with his children, Justin and Peyton.
