Coach Lamond Lyles Jr.

Lamond Lyles Jr. is a former collegiate baseball player who brings competitive playing experience, a strong understanding of the game, and a passion for baseball to Nike Baseball Camp.

A standout player at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, Maryland, Coach Lyles demonstrated his versatility as an outfielder, third baseman, and pitcher. During his senior season, he recorded an impressive .618 batting average, 21 hits, and 27 RBIs. His performance at the high school level helped establish a strong foundation for his continued development as a collegiate athlete. His coaching experience also includes serving as Assistant Baseball Coach at DCI Middle School.

Following his high school career, Coach Lyles continued his baseball journey at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, where he competed at the collegiate level and further developed his knowledge of the game.

At Nike Baseball Camp, Coach Lyles brings his playing experience and understanding of baseball fundamentals to help young athletes develop their hitting, fielding, and overall baseball skills. He is committed to creating a positive and engaging environment where campers can build confidence, improve their abilities, and develop the discipline and work ethic needed to succeed both on and off the field.

His goal is to inspire the next generation of baseball players by sharing the knowledge, experience, and lessons gained throughout his high school and collegiate baseball career.
