Originally from San Diego, Don Alto is a former professional Table Tennis player who competed for the U.S. Junior National Team. Throughout his table tennis career, he earned impressive accolades, including three US Open Gold Medals, five US Nationals medals, and both silver and bronze medals at the Canadian Junior Championships. He also claimed a silver medal at the Brazilian Youth Open. Don's extensive experience in the sport has been shaped by his work with national team members, giving him a deep understanding of high-level competition.
With over six years of coaching professional table tennis, Don has transitioned his expertise into the world of pickleball. He has already achieved two Amateur titles and is actively pursuing a career in professional pickleball.
