Coach Zach began his coaching career in 2014 with the University of Michigan Men’s 15s program and has continued with the 7s program this spring. As a player, Zach has been blessed to start for the Life University D1 National Championship teams of 2013 and 2014 while completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He has also competed for three 7’s National Championships with 1823 (Scioto Valley) and the Chicago Griffins. His career took a definitive turn when he was asked to play for the Gunghalin Eagles (Australia) at the age of 20. Zach has represented the Midwest Men’s and Midwest Collegiate teams over 10 times and has also played for the South Men’s team in their NACRA championship run. Zach has an extensive background in strength and conditioning coaching, biomechanics, injury prevention strategies and structural correction.
