Edward Evans - Co-Camp Director

Ahead of the 2025 Fall season, Ed Evans headlines as the first Men's Soccer head coach after the program's 35-year hiatus from the Pace Athletics sports catalog.

Prior to his newest role, he worked alongside Associate Athletic Director and former Women’s head coach, Mike Winn, as the Associate Head Coach from 2013 to present day and took over as head coach in the 2024 season.

During his time on the sideline, he assisted the women’s soccer team in tying a school record of most wins in a single season with 12 in 2016.

He continues to make his mark in the soccer community by being part of the ownership group for the Hudson Valley Hammers and holds the title of Director of Soccer Operations. Additionally, in the Summer of 2022, he was named the head coach of the USL2 team working with elite collegiate level and academy aged players.

As an predominant role in youth soccer in the early 2000s, Coach Evans was one of the top youth coaches in the Northeast. Back in 2009, he led the U-18 Boys East Fishkill Thunder to the Eastern New York State Championship before becoming the first Hudson Valley Region youth soccer team in history, boys or girls, to capture the US Youth Soccer Association U18 Bys Region 1 Championship and advancing to the 2009 USYSA National Finals.

Coach Evans is a graduate of the current men’s soccer powerhouse, Franklin Pierce University (’95).
