Gary is a previous professional volleyball player and has coached Nike Volleyball Camps since 2016.
Gary DeShaun House is a Durango High School alum and graduated from UNR with a bachelor's degree in Community Health Sciences, while participating on their volleyball team. After his undergraduate studies, he joined the volleyball team at the University of Essex and graduated from there with a master's degree in Organized Crime, Terrorism and Security. After his schooling, Gary continued to pursue his passion of playing volleyball on professional teams in Slovenia, The United Kingdom, Iceland and Germany. During his time overseas, he also competed in tournaments in Japan, Italy, Croatia and Austria. He is now transitioning from professional athlete to the life of acting and modeling. Gary has coached Nike Volleyball Camps at Durango every year since 2016 and is excited to welcome you back to camp!
