Jason Badecki

Denison University recently announced the hiring of Jason Badecki as the new head men's and women's golf coach and assistant professor in the department of Health, Exercise and Sport Studies. Badecki becomes the first full-time head golf coach in the history of both programs.
Badecki comes to Denison after four years as the head women's golf coach at Eastern University (Pa.) and one season as the head coach of the men's and women's golf teams at Eastern. Badecki has guided the women to a pair of Middle Atlantic Conference championships in 2014 and 2017. Both conference titles resulted in appearances in the NCAA Division III Golf Championships. Badecki was named the MAC Women's Coach of the Year in 2014 after guiding the Eagles to their first NCAA postseason appearance. He picked up his second MAC Coach of the Year award earlier this year after capturing their second MAC championship. The 2017 Eagles women's golf team went on to finish 20th at the NCAA Division III Championship.
