Jennifer George

Jennifer George is the assistant girl's basketball coach at Montverde Academy. George previously coached at Colonial High School in Florida as well as Sierra Canyon High School in California.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Jennifer George was a member of the women's basketball team where she led the Gators leader in rebounding (6.8 rpg), blocks (56) and steals (66), while ranking second for field goal percentage (47.0 percent) and third for scoring (11.0 ppg). After her senior season, she was drafted into the WNBA along with WBCA Division 1 Coaches’ All-America Team Honorable Mention and played professionally overseas for 2 years. She is also a member of the Jamaican National Basketball team and was recently honored as an SEC Legend for her years at the University of Florida.
