Anderson became the winningest coach in program history during the 2024 season, surpassing the previous mark of 88 set by Scott Wright (2012-2016).
The women's volleyball has posted 20+ win seasons in all four of Anderson's tenure, the longest streak to date.
During the 2023 women's volleyball season, he earned his 100th career coaching victory against Salve Regina Sept. 16, and then he led the Pride to a school-record 26 victories, including a 14-1 record within the GNAC.

Anderson became the winningest coach in program history during the 2025 season, surpassing the previous mark of 39 set by Scott Wright (2012-2016).
During the 2025 season, set a new single-season win mark with 20 wins, including hosting their first GNAC postseason match, where they defeated Rivier 3-2 to advance to semifinals.
Prior to Regis:
He served as Head Coach at Colby-Sawyer College, compiling a 52–48 record with the women’s program and a 21–22 mark with the men’s team. He led the women’s team to the NAC Tournament Championship match in 2017 and coached a Division III statistical champion, Orlando Plagata, who led the nation in digs per set (3.66).
Prior to his time at Colby-Sawyer, he was Head Coach at San Gabriel High School and an Assistant Coach at Briar Cliff University from 2014 to 2016. While at Briar Cliff, he helped guide the women’s program to back-to-back NAIA national championship appearances. In his second season, the men’s team earned top-10 national poll votes for the first time.
Athletic Career
As a student-athlete, he was a four-year starter for the Endicott College men’s volleyball program. He helped the team capture NECC championships in 2013 and 2014 and played a key role in Endicott’s first NCAA Tournament victory—a sweep over MIT in 2014. In 2013, he led the team with 249 kills and 2.57 kills per set, and ranked second with 84 blocks.
