Head Coach

Justin Moe - Head Coach

Justin Moe begins his first season as the Head Coach for the Bee’s for the 2023-2024 campaign.

Before SCAD, Moe spent four years serving as the Assistant Head Coach at Keiser University in West Palm Beach. During his time there, he led the Seahawks defense. The Seahawks were consistently ranked in the top 10 of the NAIA polls. In his final season at Keiser, the team won the AAC Conference Championship and won the 2023 NAIA National Invitational Championship.

Coach Moe began his coaching career at Messiah University. He spent four years coaching all aspects of the game while he was there. Moe also spent time coaching at Palm Beach Atlantic University while they were MCLA. He has spent numerous years coaching at high schools throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and Florida. Coach has also coached at the club level bring FCA Lacrosse to South Florida, Black Lab Lacrosse and then Creator’s Game.

Moe also spends time giving back to the game. Since 2010 he has worked with USA Lacrosse developing content and presenting for the Coaches Education Program. He is certified to train all three levels. He also helped develop and teach in their Physical Education program. Moe has presented at the USA National Convention numerous times. He has also served World Lacrosse in creating an education program for them.

Moe began his playing career at Essex Community College in the fall of 1997. He had the opportunity to play in the JUCO National Championship in 1999. In the fall of 1999, Moe transferred to Messiah University, a DIII school in Mechanicsburg, PA. Moe quickly became the starter for his two years at Messiah. As a junior he earned 2nd Team All-Conference. During his senior season campaign Moe helped lead the Falcons to the NCAA National tournament, even though it was a first-round exit, Moe left his footprint on the program. He left as their first ever All American, 1st Team All-Conference, and Conference Player of the Year. He set the standard in the net as he is second all-time in saves 537 in 30 games and still leads the program in save percentage at 65%.

Moe has earned two master’s degrees in Sports Management in 2009 and Physical Education in 2013.

Coach Moe and his wife Tiffany are parents to Grace and reside in Bluffton, SC.
