After three years as Technical Director, Micah embarked on a new role in Scotland, serving as a statistician for Forfar Farmington, a prominent women's team in the Scottish Premier League. This experience enriched his coaching acumen in a distinctive setting.
Returning to Texas, he contributed as an assistant coach at Texas Woman's University soccer program while concurrently serving as Academy Director for Fever United. Under the mentorship of Division 2 coaching standout Babak Abouzar, Micah honed his skills.
Today, as Youth Director at LFC IA Washington, Micah's coaching philosophy is driven by his passion for empowering players to embrace creativity, confidence, and values such as honesty, commitment, communication, competitiveness, and adaptability. Beyond developing soccer proficiency, his ultimate goal is to nurture individuals of strong character.
