Naushad Godrej brings energy, passion, and a proven commitment to youth development as the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at UW–River Falls, where he oversees goalkeeper training and team wellness. Known for his enthusiasm and ability to inspire players, Naushad focuses on building confidence, resilience, and technical excellence in every session.
A former standout goalkeeper at Santa Clara University, Naushad posted an impressive 0.93 goals-against average during his senior season, earning back-to-back shutouts and a nationally televised clean sheet against USF. Over his collegiate career, he recorded multiple wins and a strong .800 save percentage, showcasing his skill and composure under pressure.
Before college, Naushad was a three-time team MVP and PSAL MVP, leading The Harker School to its first-ever playoff appearance and posting 24 career shutouts. His club team, Santa Clara Ruckus, captured regional titles and competed at the highest levels nationally.
With professional-level insight and a deep passion for the game, Naushad brings his experience and energy to every training session, helping young athletes develop their skills, mindset, and love for soccer.
