Nik Jehle

Nik earned a Bachelors in Exercise and Movement Science at Missouri State University and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. He has worked in Collegiate Strength and Conditioning at the D1 level, trained professional, collegiate, and high school athletes privately, and has worked with a broad range of general fitness clientele ranging from 6-88yrs old. Nik has been published for his work in Men’s Health August 2021 edition The Complete Guide to Men’s Workouts in his piece titled “The Get Pumped Guide”, Shape Magazine, and Barbend. Nik played collegiate football and has competed competitively in powerlifting both USAPL and USPA. He is now the Co-Director of Sports Performance here at Homefield.
