Sylvia Bedford

Coach Bedford will be assisted at the camp by his daughter Sylvia. Sylvia was a four sport athlete in high school and went on to run collegiately in the NCAA Division 1 ranks for Southern Utah University.

She has a marathon PR of 2:38 and half marathon PR of 1:11 and is a 2020 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials Qualifier. In addition, Sylvia was the 2018 St. George (UT) marathon winner. She is currently a personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness in South Jordan,UT.
