After her graduation, Bailey-Duvall was hired as a women's tennis assistant coach for two seasons at her alma mater. Butler advanced to the Horizon League championship match in both seasons she was on staff. Following her first tenure at Butler, Bailey-Duvall played tennis professionally at the Goldfine-Smatt International Tennis Academy in Hallandale Beach, Fla, before returning as the Head Coach at Butler in 2012.
