Tyler Krobetzky Nike Softball Camp Reno NV

Tyler Krobetzky joins the Pack staff after an extensive baseball career, playing and coaching internationally and professionally for the past 7 years. Most recently, he spent 6 months in Auckland, New Zealand, helping the Central City Mariners to a runner up finish in the country’s national tournament and assisting in coaching the club’s U15 team. He has also spent time in Japan, Australia, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, South Africa, and the Czech Republic.

Before his international career, Krobetzky spent seasons playing independent professional baseball for the Old Orchard Beach Surge in Maine, the Rio Grande Valley Whitewings in Texas, and the Hilo Hawaii Stars on the big island of Hawaii.

Krobetzky received a degree in psychology from Spring Arbor University in Michigan after transferring from Saddleback Community College in California. He is passionate about the game of softball, teaching the catcher position, and allowing athletes to continue their careers in places they may have never imagined.

Tyler, son of John Krobetzky, was born and raised in Orange County, California. He currently resides in Sparks, Nevada with his girlfriend Chelsea and their dog Finnigan. Chelsea has played for various international clubs alongside Tyler for the past 5 years, and assisted with the Pack pitchers during the 2013 season.
