Zach Lydon
Camp Director
Zach Lydon is the Director of Operations at LMC Camps and recently graduated from SUNY Cortland. While at Cortland he has been a 2-year starter and earned the ALL-SUNYAC. Zach Lydon came to SUNY Cortland after playing one year at DII LIU Post, where he received a full ride scholarship.
Zach is a graduate of Stissing Mountain High School where he was a 4-year starter and 3-time captain on the basketball team. Over his four year high school career, the team won three Section Nine titles, a 2013 MHAL Championship, and was state runner-up his senior season. In his senior season he was named to NYS All Tournament Team, Poughkeepsie Journal Class C All-Conference team, Dutchess County Basketball Association All-County Team, MHAL All Star team, USA Today Second- Team Nominee, and received the Daily Freeman Second-Team honors.
After his years of high school, he went to a prep school and attended Bridgton Academy in Maine playing in AAA NEPSAC. Zach had a great year there and was ranked the 7th best player in the state and was the 95th ranked player in the entire New England region. There, he also earned AAA NEPSAC Honorable mention along side his brother Tyler Lydon. Upon Graduation he earned the Annie R., Horace A., & Martha B. Flint Improvement Award, which is awarded to the student who has demonstrated the strongest improvement in study habits, academic performance, and concern for the Academy.
