Improve your game and have serious fun
at Nike Field Hockey Camps

Take your field hockey skills to the next level this summer in New Jersey! Led by Wendy Morris, former Head Coach at Pennington School, current USA Masters Field Hockey Player, and current assistant varsity coach at St. Paul's School for Girls in Maryland. This camp provides top-notch instruction to help players improve their game.

Held at The Pennington Prep School, the two camps offer both extended day and overnight options, making it a perfect fit for girls aged 11-18.This year the camp staff is excited to offer a new camp format. The first week, June 30-July 3, is exclusively for Middle School players (entering 6th-8th grades in the fall of 2025) and the second week, July 17-20, is for High School players (entering 9th-12th grades in the fall of 2025). We feel by dividing the two age groups, everyone will benefit from even more 1-on-1 attention from the entire staff.

For 8th-grade students, whom our coaches feel would be able to compete with the players at the high school level, they will be offered the opportunity to attend the second week (July 17-20). It will be by invitation only and recommendation from the coaching staff. Our goal for the High School camp is to also invite collegiate "guest" coaches to join us for a number of sessions, providing our campers with some great insights on what it is like to play in college. In 2023, Rolf van de Kerkhof, the head coach at the University of Delaware joined us, and provided an awesome day of drills and coaching to our campers! We hope to continue that tradition this year as well!

Whether you’re sharpening your skills or building confidence on the field, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss. Join us in the summer of 2025 for an unforgettable field hockey experience!

Highlights Include
  • Instruction from elite coaches
  • Morning, afternoon, and evening training sessions
  • Excellent residential, dining and training facilities
  • Low staff to camper ratio
  • Partner Camp of USA Field Hockey; sanctioned to make referrals to USAFH Nexus program
  • All attendee receive a Nike Field Hockey Camps package (reversible jersey, ball, lanyard) and other fun prizes.

Reviews & Testimonials

  • Well done and excellent staff

July 22, 2019: She said she learned so many new things at the camp - and could list all the techniques. She liked making new friends (and getting to know people better). She ended the camp being even more enthusiastic about the sport even though she played on turf during the hottest week ever! So it's got to have been an amazing camp!

  • She will be back next year!

July 31, 2017: This was my daughter's first sleepaway camp. She loved every minute. Also, I GREATLY appreciated the flexibility in letting her leave with me to participate in her (unexpected) championship softball game. Ms. Morris had the girls cheer her on before leaving instead of resenting the disruption. Mack also felt an enormous amount of camaraderie which can be difficult to cultivate in such a short period of time. She will definitely be back next year!

  • Loved camp!

July 26, 2018: This is the second year my daughter attended. Wendy Morris and the staff are incredibly supportive and create an environment conducive to learning skills and creating a sense of team. Because she love it so much last year, she was counting the days until camp started this year, and she was not disappointed. She loves the coaches, loves the facilities, loves the independence and just wishes it were a little longer. Cannot thank the staff enough for such a great experience for my daughter.

  • Thank you Wendy!

July 21, 2019: Mack looks forward to this camp every year. The director and staff create a strong team spirit while giving the girls enough independence that not only do they learn field hockey skills, but also life skills. Mack is always excited by the improvement she makes each year just by attending this camp. THANK YOU, Wendy and staff.
